Avis : Daiwa Roynet Hotel KYOTO-TERRACE-HACHIJO PREMIER

Je ne recommande vraiment pas de réserver un hôtel Daiwa via une agence en ligne comme trip.com ou agoda… J’ai réservé deux hôtels Daiwa différents à Kyoto et Toyama, les deux hôtels étaient situés au rez-de-chaussée, au 2e ou au 3e étage, et leur service n’est pas bon si on le compare à d’autres hôtels du Japon. La seule bonne chose chez Daiwa, c’est que leurs chambres sont presque séparées de celles des autres… c’est tout. Je pense donc que je vais considérer d’autres hôtels en priorité, je ne choisirai les hôtels Daiwa que si je n’ai pas d’autre choix.

Pretty small room, although in a good location. It's quite surprising that this hotel in a key city does not offer a smart TV. Only a few channels and all Japanese language.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Right next to Kyoto station, very convenient for traveller especially taking train to nearby cities such as Uji and Nara! One convenient store (711) is attached to the hotel ground floor, many restaurants and stores nearby the hotel and close until late! Very recommended for those who want to maximise their time while traveling Japan! The only thing is the room is a bit small but overall is nice

Hotel location is right next to Kyoto station. There are a lot of food options around. Hotel is clean and have everything you need.

Spoken English at the front desk very poor despite the personnel is kind and friendly, but they may often use an electric device as translator to communicate.

the 3 lifts are speedy. magnifcant breakfast, like the curry, ramen. room clean and very close to JR

# Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and here are my impressions: ### Pros - **Clean and Comfortable**: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and my room was very comfortable. - **Friendly Service**: The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made for a pleasant stay. ### Cons - **Limited Fitness Room**: The fitness room was somewhat lacking, featuring only three treadmills and one other piece of equipment. It requires some creativity to get a full workout. The breakfast was also good with super friendly staff. ### Conclusion Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. While the fitness facilities could use improvement, the cleanliness and friendly service made my stay enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location across the road from Kyoto station. The Kansai airport bus was also across the road.

This is my second time staying at the this hotel. Great location, clean and attentive staff.

It was a short stay. The price was decent. However the facility is not sufficient.

Excellent location and excellent rooms. Very clean and quiet. Love the coffee station at the lobby provided complimentary to hotel guests. Will love to stay there again.
