The Kamo Gawa river is a first-class river with a total length of 31 km, and it is a river of souls passing through the center of Kyoto City to the north and south. There is a joint kitchen on the first floor. The first floor is facing the garden, and each room on the upper floor has a veranda. In front of the window, the historic kyomaya is lined up. 比較新的民宿，一棟小樓共3樓有6-7間，乾淨衞生，滿足了基本的住宿要求，出了小巷就是鴨川公園，附近有公交，到祉園，清水寺，產寧阪二年阪，高台寺，八阪神社都方便，去金閣寺也是一輛公交即可。

離地鐵站很近，離河流沒多遠，周圍環境也很好，房間是日式風格的，不大，榻榻米，但是冰箱、燒水壺、獨立衞浴設施齊全，乾淨整潔，很不錯

出町柳駅から近く、大通りから1本南に入っただけなのにとても静かな環境でした。
チェックイン時にオーナーの方がおられたので直接鍵をいただきました。3日間を通してお会いしたのはこの時だけでフロントは不在です。何かあればお電話なりメールすれば教えてくださるようです。
気になっていたwi-fi。
フロント辺りだけかと思っていましたら3階の部屋まで使えたのでありがたかったです。
3日間自宅のように過ごすことが出来ました。
また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。

安靜的小民宿，出門不遠就是全家便利店，過馬路就是京阪線的出町柳站，再走一個路口就是叡山電鐵終點站，可以説是交通相當便利了。
房間夠大，空調和排風都很好，美中不足的是被子對我這個胖子來説不夠寬，衞生間的手紙太薄😂
