Avis : Hotel Madanis Liceo

C'était bien, c'était pratique dans le sens où c'est près du métro et d'un arrêt de bus pour aller là où nous voulons aller.

Très pratique car proche de la gare Cornavin. Cependant, comme c'est en ville, c'est bruyant dehors jusqu'à la nuit. C'est très pratique pour les gens qui ne s'en soucient pas. Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner donc je ne sais pas.

Le personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste. On ne rentre pas dans la réception et dans la chambre par la même porte. C'est très proche du terrain de football. La chambre est agréable et l'emplacement est très proche du métro.

L'hôtel et le check-in ne se font pas dans le même bâtiment, mais heureusement l'emplacement est proche du stade. Le transport est relativement pratique, il y a une station de métro et un supermarché.

Belle chambre et bon service ! L'emplacement est pratique.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est super, à une minute de la station de métro et à un train pour rejoindre l'aéroport. La chambre est grande et propre, mais beaucoup d'eau s'écoule après avoir pris une douche.

Il s'agit d'un autre bâtiment situé à l'extérieur du bâtiment principal de l'hôtel.

The hotel location is great, near the metro and just not far from airport if you stay short in barcelona, it is recommend. Breakfast is great.

The location of the hotel is great, near the train station which is convenient to most tourists spots! The room is clean and comfortable! The service provided by the hotel is generally good as well! We even got free upgrades!!

It is an ok hotel with good access to Camp Nou and Barcelona Sants.

The room itself was really good: clean, comfortable and spacious. However, my first impression of the stay and the stuff of the hotel was suboptimal, which coloured the whole experience.  I arrived at the hotel at about 1 p.m. First thing that surprised me was the fact that there were actually 2 hotels and only one of them had a check-in desk, to find which I had to ask around. When I finally arrived at the reception, I was second in line as there were some people checking out. While I was waiting a family (parents and a child) came in, and then one more group of travellers arrived. When the receptionist was done with the people who were before me, I asked to be checked in. In response, I got told that she was going to check the family in first. She wasn’t apologetic or nice about, she told me this as if that was what always happened and not that people got served in the order of their arrival. I am sure the family really appreciated what she’d done and I wouldn’t have minded either if that action was followed with acknowledgement of this not being okay and an offer of some services to recover their reputation. Not only had I not got an apology or anything like that but also I was again bypassed for registration as the receptionist decided to invite 5 people who came in later on to check them out. At that point me and other people in the line were quite baffled by the behaviour and understood that there was nothing fair about this interaction. After I was  finally checked in and went back to the other side of the street for my hotel, the room pleasantly surprised me. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, I was a bit confused at first by the thing you need to do to get electricity. I was told by a friend that the system of inserting the key card into a specific slot in order to get electricity is now the norm, but this month I’ve been to 5 different hotels and all of them had different systems and none of them were this particular one, so I personally would’ve appreciated a heads up or an informative poster on the door. The only downside of the room that I found was that that side of the street was quite loud. It was much better with the windows closed, however, if you are a light sleeper, I recommend taking ear plugs.  The rest of the stay went pretty okay for me, but that first experience unfortunately is something I’ll never forget.  If you are travelling as a family, I would imagine this hotel would prioritise you over other guests any time, so maybe that’s just who they cater to. As a solo traveler, however, this was not what I was expecting.

Good location, space is fine for couples travellers. The reception is behind the hotel room which is little challenging to locate (next to the McD signboard). Reception is very nice, breakfast is a buffet style and have good variety of choices!

Zero flexibility with cancellation policies due to major forces, cancelled flight by the airline, not much I can do. And kept the money. Not recommending this, frustrated.

Excellent location with all kinds of public transportation including metro, buses to airport and major points of interest in Barcelona. You may explore some good restaurants nearby.
