I cannot stress enough how nasty this hotel is. Let me start by saying the staff was very friendly so this is not a staff issue. The hotel itself is SO run down and beat. My room had stains on every surface and the carpet looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. All the metal surfaces in the bathroom had the finishes peeling off showing rough, rusty surfaces which was just dangerous. The shower had two temperatures- lava or ice cold. The lights had dead bugs in them. The breakfast offered was also disgusting with super watery eggs and microwaved sausage patties.... I could go on. Don't stay here unless they do a complete gut job of this place and get a kitchen with a stove so they can offer breakfast food that doesn't come out of a microwave.

Don't know what is wrong with the tub faucet but when pulling on the shower valve thing it nearly fell out of the wall. See photo of our "view" . Night clerk was nice, gave us extra towels upon arrival. Rollaway requested was there. The staff was generally nice. Breakfast was as expected for a budget hotel. That's why it gets a 2. Budget hotel, meets minimal expectations, Bonvoy member room, Marriott prices.

Stay at the Fairfield Inn for one night while traveling home from Atlanta. This is a standard Fairfield Inn with serviceable rooms right off the interstate. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel breakfast was standard. Room had a musty smell but was not a huge problem for a single night. Air-conditioning unit very noise. There's a large closed restaurant across the parking lot and a big trucking company across the street so while the stay was perfectly safe, the area and appearance might deter others.

This is an older Fairfield Inn footprint that is probably due for a remodel, but for now is well maintained and managed. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Donna, one of the ladies who takes care of the breakfast service was so kind and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and were comfortable...quiet and in a good location for local restaurants.

Our trip to the Nashville area was a delightful experience. The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Smyrna was a beautiful place to stay and it was minutes away from all we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this based on price and the high quality rooms.

I have stayed at many Fairfield Inns and for the most part they are decent places to stay. This one was clean but needs some TLC. The filters in the pool were nothing but rust, the shower head was coming out of the wall, electrical sockets also coming out of the wall, the curtains in our room were moldy, toilet dripped constantly. Staff very friendly, overall an ok place to stay just needs some attention.

This is a great hotel for business travelers. The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean and the internet fast. I even enjoy the little touches, such as the animals made out of the towels. This is my go to hotel when in the area.
