HHimanshuDuring our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly.
One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast.
In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience.
Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

DDuckshitteaL'hôtel est très confortable, avec beaucoup de boutiques, restaurants et même un supermarché à proximité. Notre chambre a une vue magnifique, ce qui a fait notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le paquet que nous avons réservé incluait le petit déjeuner, et il était bon. Ils nous ont donné un menu à choisir, et la nourriture a été faite fraîchement pour commander – chaud et délicieux. Je les aimé surtout sourd. Le personnel était gentil, ami, et nous faisait sentir vraiment confortable. Globalement, cet hôtel nous a répondu à nos attentes et nous a donné un séjour merveilleux.

IInvitéAs an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

IInvitéAll the essentials were in place. Soaps, towels and private bathroom. I will say the room did smell smoky which is a bit unpleasant for a non-smoker.
However, it was affordable and easy to find, close to city, a short driving distance.

Très bien situé juste à côté de l’aéroport. Il y a un restaurant, ce qui évite d’aller en ville. Les chambres sont grandes, ce qui est agréable.

YYIMENGLa chambre était accueillante. Le propriétaire est super sympa, le petit déjeuner et le café faits maison sont à mon goût, et me recommande également un superbe voyage. Rentable! Grey est toujours satisfait !
