Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

N'étant pas un grand amateur de jeux d'argent, j'ai choisi cet hôtel canadien en raison des récentes campagnes de boycott américaines. C'était un excellent choix et j'ai adoré mon séjour, même si je suis arrivé tôt et que ma chambre n'était pas encore prête. J'ai profité des restaurants et des stands de restauration du casino, et la pizzeria était incroyable (Pizzariola ?? Je crois que c'était son nom). Une seule part (7,50 $) était déjà un repas à elle seule. Merci à tous les serveurs du casino ; vous m'avez vraiment remonté le moral lors d'une journée pluvieuse et maussade. Et si l'hippodrome avait été ouvert, j'aurais parié un ou deux. Dans ma chambre, le lit était incroyablement moelleux et confortable, et la programmation télé était également exceptionnelle. J'aurais bien voulu me promener dans ce bel établissement, mais malheureusement, je n'étais pas habillé pour cette journée de mai particulièrement froide. Et j'ai également apprécié la proximité de l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement.

Parfaitement bien placé avec une chambre vue sur lac , super. Prévoir quand de réserver votre restaurant sur le quai sinon il est compliqué d’avoir une table . Rien à dire l’hôtel est à recommander .

Équipements : Très complets, tous les équipements sont présents. Propreté : Impeccable. Environnement : Emplacement idéal, quartier très agréable, la Tour CN est visible depuis la fenêtre et une supérette ouverte 24 h/24 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Service : Le personnel de l’hôtel est très aimable, la communication est fluide et tous les problèmes sont résolus rapidement.

Le prix est élevé, mais l'emplacement est excellent.

L'auberge est correcte, les chambres sont propres, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus, ce qui est un plus.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ma famille et moi avons adoré la vue sur le lac et l'île de Toronto. Immeuble sécuritaire et condo magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

La chambre était très calme et confortable. Je réserverai à nouveau ici la prochaine fois.
