I stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard. The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip. I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

Un excellent choix d'hôtel pour un voyage au départ de YVR. Confort, aménagement soigné, calme et excellent service. Séjourner sur place vous permettra d'éviter le stress du vol. Hautement recommandé.

Tout satisfait de l'hôtel, mais pas Trip.com où nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel, nous devons payer pour le petit déjeuner lors de la réservation avec Trip.com, mais en fait l'hôtel offre un petit déjeuner complémentaire, nous mangeons les mêmes choses payées ou non payées. Je pense que c'est le problème qui a été résolu avec Trip.com en profitant des touristes qui ne connaissent pas la pratique locale et nous facturant un petit déjeuner ”présumé gratuit” coûteux.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

Notre séjour n'a duré qu'une nuit avant de prendre un vol international. L'hôtel était un endroit formidable pour se reposer avant de voyager. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et professionnel. La chambre était propre, moderne et confortable avec une salle de bain incroyable. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité et le marché nocturne local et le centre commercial sont accessibles à pied. L'aéroport se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des portes d'entrée. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel si vous avez besoin d'un endroit où séjourner avant de voyager.

J adorer cet hôtel 2 étoile qui en vaut 4 le lit King parfait un frigo ya juste une petit chose dérangeante c’est le bruit dans la chambre de bain je sais pas si c’est l’eau chaude ou quoi mais j’ai quand même très bien dormi le déjeuner es bien œuf jambon. Croissant. Pain. Yogourt. Céréales jus en fontaine muffin. Le Brighouse train station facile d’accès et plein resto asiatique. Un bon restaurant thaï box. Et un super sushi. Tokyo joes sushi puis un bon resto banh mi viet

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

Endroit agréable et pratique près de YVR, surtout avec le service de navette de l'hôtel !

L'emplacement est excellent car il y a tellement de places, de supermarchés et de restaurants proposant des plats asiatiques chauds. Ils correspondent à mon appétit. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama sont tous à 15 minutes à pied. Mon supermarché préféré est T&T dans le centre commercial Lansdowne, juste en face de cet hôtel. La chambre est très spacieuse avec bouilloire et micro-ondes. Il y a aussi une navette aéroport gratuite toutes les demi-heures. Très pratique. Le personnel est serviable. Hautement recommandé.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.
