The hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions. The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is  weird and could be  plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable. The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel. Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important. 1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.  2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors. Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.

We checked into the Best Western Lamplighter on Christmas Eve expecting the full experience the hotel is known for. Unfortunately, we found the restaurant completely closed. More surprisingly, there was no service at the poolside—no snacks, drinks, or even background music to create a holiday atmosphere. While the hotel itself is a nice facility, the lack of amenities during a peak holiday stay was a major letdown. If you’re booking for a holiday, be aware that 'full service' may not be available.

Hotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was. There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

Excellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

Très bon séjour. Les lits étaient confortables et la nuit il était calme. Chambres propres. Facile à arriver si vous partez de Hwy 401. Les boutiques et les restaurants sont proches. Petit déjeuner gratuit était bon et avait une bonne variété.

The hotel was helpful. We were not able to go because our dog was sick. This happens. We understood that we would loose our money because I didnt have free cancelation or modification. But.... when I received an email stating I would be charged if I didnt check in I was mortified. I searched everywhere on the Trip.com app to see how much I would be charged if I didnt check in, on top of loosing our money. I couldnt find the answer anywhere. I called the hotel and they didnt know. When I made the reservation there was no mention of this extra charge. Needless to say I was upset. So, we made a point of driving to London to check in but not stay at the hotel. We went back home. 3 hour round trip. I won't use Teip.com again. And I will tell all my friends and family the same.

Nous avons été tristes d'apprendre que la piscine allait être fermée à mi-chemin de notre séjour, même si nous avions appelé à l'avance pour nous assurer qu'elle fonctionnait. Bon prix pour l'emplacement et la propreté. Je ne recommanderais pas de prendre le petit-déjeuner pour la nourriture, mais le service était bon.

J'ai pris mes enfants à l'hôtel pour un traitement pour se réunir et juste dans ma salle à 4 h. On s'est réveillés par des cris et des cris. Ils les ont jetés, mais je me suis réveillé nerveux et il s'est réveillé comme ça n'était pas nécessaire et quand je lui ai dit le bureau de front. Les gens qu'ils ont dit juste o ils ont quitté mais il n'était pas agréable et de ne rien obtenir pour une compensation Je payais mon argent pour aller avoir une bonne nuit et c'était pas un bon moment Je pensais qu'ils pouvaient de dire o revenir sur nous ou me donner la moitié de la prochaine chambre il y aurait quelque chose qui serait apprécié

Je reviens tout juste d'un tournoi de hockey ce week-end à Londres et j'ai séjourné au Days Inn. L'emplacement est génial. Il y a un centre commercial juste en face. De nombreux restaurants très proches, épiceries, etc. Le service était fantastique du début à la fin ! Le personnel de la réception est incroyable ! Les chambres sont super propres !! Vous trouvez toujours du personnel qui travaille dur pour maintenir la propreté de l'hôtel. J'ai été très, très impressionné. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre, ce qui était super. La télévision était bonne. Dans l’ensemble, j’étais très heureux ici et j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Merci au personnel de cet hôtel.
