The hotel room faces the Eiger Mountain, offering a beautiful and impressive view. There is also a common area on the 4th floor where guests can enjoy panoramic scenery around the hotel, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. On my second day, I arrived at the restaurant after breakfast hours, yet the staff kindly prepared a coffee and a breakfast plate for me — such a thoughtful gesture. The front desk team were polite and very helpful throughout my stay.

L'hôtel se trouve à moins de dix minutes de la gare de Grindelwald, il n'y a donc aucune pression pour le retrouver avec vos bagages. Le balcon face à l'Eiger offre une vue magnifique, et vous pouvez également admirer la magnifique vue d'un double arc-en-ciel lorsqu'il pleut. . Il n'y a pas beaucoup de variétés de petit-déjeuner mais il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin : les nems Omlet fraîchement préparés sont délicieux et il y a du vin mousseux.

Almost Perfect Stay at Hotel Alpenhof Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel. Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious. Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable. The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

Emplacement idéal à proximité de la gare et du point de départ des cars pour les remontées mécaniques. Très bon wifi Local sécurisé pour déposer les skis et le matériel Bref séjour agréable au pied de l'Eiger

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Ils sont très patients pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous aider à réserver le billet pour le Jungfraujoch. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Nous avons également dîné dans leur restaurant. La nourriture était excellente, nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. J'adore la soupe à l'oignon. Bien sûr, la serveuse est également très gentille. Notre chambre a le balcon, nous avons une belle vue sur l'Eiger juste en face de nous. Super !

J'ai apprécié mon séjour ici. L'emplacement était très pratique, le personnel était sympathique et la chambre avait la meilleure vue sur les montagnes. Bien sûr, le petit-déjeuner était également bon.

Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. The location is great - about 8mins walk from train station , 9mins walk to supermarket. You can get the best view from just the balcony in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast option. Enjoyed my entire stay. Would definitely book the same place if I came back again! The only tiny little issue is probably no lift - meaning have to carry luggage all the way up.😂

J'ai réservé l'hôtel sur Ctrip la veille de mon séjour. Les hôtels à Grindelwald sont généralement chers, j'étais donc ravie de trouver une chambre pour deux nuits à environ 3 000 RMB. En entrant dans l'hôtel, j'ai été agréablement surprise. Ma chambre se trouvait au sixième étage et, en ouvrant la fenêtre, j'ai découvert une charmante petite colline offrant une vue imprenable sur le versant nord de l'Eiger, le téléphérique et le petit train qui serpentait le long de la montagne. Mon séjour a été excellent.
