Jolis lofts avec cuisine équipée. Spacieux et lumineux. L'équipe de réception était très sympathique !

Incroyable grande chambre, très bien située dans le centre-ville de Santiago. Enregistrement très fluide et même autorisé à entrer dans la chambre à 10h30. Le petit-déjeuner est assez varié et très délicieux. Je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine car l'eau était trop froide. Excellente option pour trois jours à Santiago. Les boissons de bienvenue étaient une chose encore plus étonnante.

這次我們一家四口入住四人房。第一眼感覺房間不算特別大，但發現設計真的非常用心，空間規劃得十分巧妙。我們4個人、4件大行李加4件小行李都能各自找到合適的位置，完全不會擁擠或凌亂，活動空間也很自在。細節處處體現貼心與實用，讓我們住得舒適又安心。 對家庭出遊來説，這樣的空間安排真的非常加分。既能滿足收納需求，也能保有彼此的舒適距離。整體體驗非常滿意，是一家我們願意再次選擇、也會推薦給家庭旅客的酒店。

Hôtel très confortable vraiment pas loin de l aéroport. Service très sympa

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Installations: Les installations ont un sens de l'âge, mais très propre, autour de elles sont prospères, il y a des rues de marche commerciales, beaucoup de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est relativement riche, propre, il n'y a pas de bouilloire chaude dans les États-Unis.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the central location — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still peaceful at night. It’s also excellent value for money, offering quality service and comfort without the high price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
