Bien que les hôtels soient plus anciens que les installations, il semble que des efforts soient déployés pour le maintien en l'état, car cette fois-ci, pour un voyage à part entière, il est très bon de réserver cette zone à un prix aussi élevé.
Le personnel de la clôture est très gentil, qu'il s'agisse de travailler de nuit ou de travailler demain. Il est aussi gentil que les anciens voyageurs d'affaires, ce qui est en partie confirmé.
Après avoir séjourné, il a été constaté que le verrouillage intérieur de la porte n'était pas très bien fermé, mais il y avait des verrouillages internes et il avait essayé de ne pas être ouvert à l'extérieur, mais parce que l'installation d'un ménage était légèrement tensionnée par rapport à l'ancien habitation, et qu'il n'était pas très stable de dormir, et le turboréacteur a été utilisé en raison de la tension, conformément aux instructions, sans être utilisé simultanément avec le réacteur à eau chaude, mais il a été surchauffé pendant trois minutes, puis il a fallu trois fois de temps à maintenir la température à l'état d'équilibre pour terminer le travail de réacteur à eau chaude, ce qui suggère d'optimiser, Autrement, les clients qui s'occupent de la turbine, comme moi, seront très dérangés et diminueront leur volonté de rester la prochaine fois.

The receptionists are very friendly and recommended us the local breakfast and places to go around near the hotel. Just one downside is the rooms are not very soundproof. Can easily hear when people walk outside the room. Overall okay.

剛check in第一感受覺得還行一般般，但是入住第一個不行的是竟然沒有室內拖鞋！！不提供拋棄式拖鞋沒關係至少也要提供一般拖鞋吧！第二個不行的是隔音效果真的很差，都能聽到開關門與走廊走動講話的聲音！第三個不行的是房間內竟然有蟑螂！！不提供隔日房間整理，直接將垃圾放在房間門口房務人員就會收走⋯⋯以上真實感受

CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all.
The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing?
The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room.
On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before.
It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well?
Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me.
It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again

L'emplacement est super pratique, la maison est propre et la vue est imbattable et le rapport qualité/prix est super élevé. Il y a aussi de bons salons de massage et des salons de coupons à proximité. La nourriture est également bonne, aussi bien pour les gens ordinaires que pour les gens haut de gamme.

Le personnel était très accueillant, la nourriture excellente et les installations irréprochables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter, mais une journée était trop courte ; je recommanderais plutôt un séjour de trois jours et deux nuits. Je suggère de proposer plus souvent des réductions pour réservation anticipée ! De plus, la mise en place d'une navette gratuite entre la gare routière de Guguan et l'hôtel serait plus pratique et encouragerait les clients à s'y rendre.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

J'ai seulement voyage en bus quand je suis resté à Taichung et il était si confortable. Même si ma chambre n'est pas spacieuse, il est propre et confortable de rester. Le réservoir est situé à proximité du lift et le personnel de l'hôtel est très bien.

Rreg333excellent service by all staff; all smiley and ready to help. the free meals were such a bonus and god sent as some days we got too busy with our itinerary and didn’t have time to eat so we would go back to hotel for supper. although the menu was the same everyday, we didn’t mind as the quality was quite decent and there were varieties. the water pressure was the best! bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, smart tv, quick resolution service by technicians when we couldn’t connect to the room wifi. overall would recommend! there’s also a massage service with discount for room guests; quite mediocre but for the price ok la.
