Hhappy explorerL'hôtel est situé en dessous d'un club de billard avec un flux constant de clients extérieurs, fumeurs, environnement bruyant! L'espace de lobby et salon est utilisé par d'autres visiteurs de bâtiment, les garçons de livraison avec un lax de sécurité évident.

TTom538Le Kangda Hotel de Dongguan est vraiment un hôtel de luxe emblématique ! Situé au cœur du quartier des affaires, il est extrêmement bien desservi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et intelligentes, avec des baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville, les lumières la nuit sont magnifiques. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain est propre et les articles de toilette Atelier Cologne sont très raffinés. Le service est attentionné tout au long du séjour, souriant, courtois et réactif. La restauration est variée et délicieuse, le petit-déjeuner et les plats cantonais sont excellents. Les installations sont complètes, avec piscine et salle de sport. L'expérience globale est parfaite, que ce soit pour les affaires ou les loisirs, je le recommande vivement !

IInvitéCheck in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action.
Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations
The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered.
Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell
The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it.
Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic
Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby.
Overall:
This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.
Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast.
Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

JJA5L33Prix raisonnable et emplacement idéal. L'un des hôtels offrant le meilleur rapport qualité-prix où nous ayons séjourné en Chine. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le hall est propre et dispose d'une bibliothèque paisible avec des articles de toilette utiles renouvelés quotidiennement. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans être exceptionnel. Nous le recommanderions sans hésiter à nos amis qui se rendent à Humen.

GGuest UserL'hôtel est très bon, le lit et les oreillers sont moyennement doux et fermes et ressemblent à des oreillers Hilton. Le service est bon, il y a de nombreux stands de restauration nocturne à quelques centaines de mètres à droite de la porte, il est recommandé pour les déplacements professionnels.

MmeiwentiGreat Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.
