Got an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms on this visit. The room is updated with contemporary design with a cyber color scheme. The lightning has improved a lot and with the new temperature control, it is no doubt a much more comfy room than before.
However, I have noticed a few shortcomings in my stay. First of all, there is no towel rack for used bath towels, and contradictorily they promote the environment friendly of reusing the towels (sign posted as shown as attached).
Secondly, changing cables are provided on both sides of the bed. But only the set on the left is working properly.
Thirdly, bath robes are on request now, maybe it is the result of the new open closet.
Lastly, those dispenser bottles are not working properly. The pump doesn't retract smoothly after being pressed. You simply need to pull the trigger back to get the next pump.
After all, it was a pleasant stay with late check out, free bottles of water and self service laundry as usual.

Hotel itself was clean but in the room you can smell a bad odour...
Buffet breakfast was in a very basic level although most of serving containers were empty at 8:30 am and no on was refilling them.
Overall, I can recommend to look for a better option even with cheaper price...

Quel trésor cet hôtel ! La chambre était propre et confortable, et la literie si douce que j'ai dormi comme un bébé. La réceptionniste était incroyablement chaleureuse et m'a même recommandé de super endroits à visiter aux alentours. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié, avec des soupes de nouilles, des fruits, des gâteaux... il y en avait pour tous les goûts, un vrai régal ! Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, c'est le meilleur hôtel du coin. Je reviendrai, c'est sûr.

BBrisbaneTomL'hôtel dispose de quelques caractéristiques très bonnes que j'étais très heureux et de quelques questions moins importantes qui ne sont pas des ruptures.
Premièrement, le très bon: les ports de charge USB (USB-A, USB-C) sur les deux côtés du lit; les curtains de démantèlement absolus gardent la chambre totalement sombre; les pièges solides et douces fournis; l'air conditionné/chauffage contrôlé; une fenêtre qui peut être ouverte; Approbation de l'eau chaude à température stable; personnel amiable; emplacement fantastique (vicinité tranquille, propre, nombreux restaurants, près du métro); vaste zone de douche avec choix de tête de douche; matraque ferme (mais pas de rock-hard) ; quatre bouteilles d'eau potable fournies chaque jour; Les chambres sont non-fumeurs, ce dernier point est plus commun dans les grandes villes, mais pas attendu à Dongguan. (Attendre les autres hôtels avec ”certaines chambres non-fumeurs” - cela signifie que la fumée et la non-fumeur dans ces chambres sont autorisées. ) Je n'ai pas échantillonné le menu de petit déjeuner. Le réglage minimal est assez clair pour la plupart des usage et il n'y a pas de moyen de régler l'éclairage intérieur très bas. Il n'y a pas de stylo/papier fourni, et aucun téléphone dans la chambre. Vous devez utiliser WeChat pour communiquer avec le bureau frontal. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais (et je ne les attends pas, car ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel pour les voyageurs étrangers). Il y a un lavabo à propre service avec quatre machines à laver et séchoirs au niveau 3A. Ces sont libres d'utiliser et (parfois) ont un détergent à propre dose. Je n'ai jamais dû attendre à utiliser cette installation. Le niveau 3A (le premier étage, en réalité) est partagé par l'hôtel avec un club de billard, de sorte que les ascenseurs d'hôtel sont souvent occupés par des clients non-hôtels qui fument, de sorte que ce niveau peut parfois sentir l'odeur de vol. (J'ai séjourné sur un autre étage et n'ai pas eu de problèmes de qualité de l'air. En résumé, je resterais certainement ici la prochaine fois que je visite Dongguan.

IInvitéThis is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus.
They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch.
The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had.
Looking forward to my next stay.

La chambre était très spacieuse et conçue avec soin, offrant beaucoup de confort et d'espace pour se détendre après un long jour.
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 3 étoiles, à proximité de la ville, à proximité de la ville et de la ville. Il y a aussi un grand magasin directement à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui le rend incroyablement confortable pour les achats, le dîner et le divertissement sans avoir à voyager loin. Le trafic dans cette zone est assez lourd et beaucoup de voitures sonnent leur corne qui pourrait être perturbant, mais je n'ai pas connu la pollution sonore après la nuit tardive, c'est donc acceptable pour moi.
Leur petit déjeuner commence à 7am-10am et beaucoup de choix, même si seulement le style chinois est servi.
L'une des choses que je voudrais souligner est la lave-vaisselle gratuite, vous pouvez voir les créneaux de machine disponibles de votre chambre (ouvre la télévision et vous pouvez voir les informations). Super convenable! Vous n'avez pas à marcher toute la route vers lave-vaisselle pour vous contrôler.
Je donnerais certainement à cet hôtel un rating complet 5-star et j'attends avec impatience de rester ici à l'avenir.

BBabyangelaL'hôtel est vraiment super ! Dès 20h30, un buffet pour le souper est proposé, avec des fruits frais, des nouilles sautées et du congee. Dans le hall, les étagères regorgent de livres, invitant à la lecture tout en dégustant une tasse de thé. Les chambres disposent de ports de recharge pratiques au chevet du lit. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses et équipées de chaises longues, répondant parfaitement aux besoins de toute la famille. Le petit-déjeuner est également très varié, avec, surprise agréable, du *douhua* (dessert au tofu) et du lait de soja fraîchement préparé. Il y a même des *cheong fun* (rouleaux de riz vapeur) aux œufs et à la viande, de quoi ravir les palais les plus exigeants, et particulièrement ceux des habitants de Canton ! Une excellente expérience !

CCathrin.GL'hôtel dispose d'une vaste gamme d'équipements qui m'ont fait la maison confortable et agréable. La chambre elle-même était assez spacieuse, même si j'avais réservé une des options les plus favorables au budget, ce qui était une bonne surprise.
Il n'y a pas de boucle centrale pour éteindre ou éteindre les lumières, donc j'ai dû marcher autour de la chambre pour éteindre les lumières avant de dormir. En outre, la salle de bains sépare le toilette de la zone de douche, nécessitant quelques pas pour se déplacer entre eux.
L'hôtel offre des services de lavage de vêtements mais il est facturable et le prix est sur le haut côté. Une pièce de femmes normales frais de pantalon RMB50, frais de pantalon masculin RMB45. Si vous donnez les vêtements au personnel de la maison avant 11 heures, ils vous renverront dans votre chambre dans le même jour.
L'hôtel Pullman propose également plusieurs options de cuisine interne, y compris les restaurants chinois et japonais dans les locaux, qui ont fait le dîner très confortable. Si vous commandez la livraison de nourriture , ils ont la machine robot pour envoyer votre nourriture dans la chambre, veillez à ce que vous indiquez clairement le numéro de la chambre.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est utile, je leur ai demandé de collecter la parcelle pour moi du verrou situé au fond du soir et ils agissent très rapidement.
En général, il était encore très agréable et confortable séjour à Pullma.

MmeiwentiGreat Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.
