La grande lobby , mais personne à la réception, la lobby est jolie et grande, un peu fantastique !!!! Les chambres sont situées dans un autre bâtiment, avec des besoins simples , même pas de bouteille d'eau, devoir demander un toile,, la dame à la réception essaie de régler tous les problèmes, mais je pense facile à trouver un meilleur hébergement à proximité

Excellent hostel, larges chambres au-dessus des attentes, la chambre était propre et bien équipée, a subi des nettoyages de base, a reçu des serviettes propres chaque jour. Le personnel de l'auberge était courtois et utile dans tout (y compris la commande de nourriture et les recommandations pour les attractions). Situé à 10 minutes à pied de 7/11. Il y a une chaise de massage dans l'auberge. Assurez-vous de téléphoner au propriétaire avant d'arriver :)

Kkateyang23This hostel is very suitable for backpackers. The room is so comfortable and the price is very affordable. If you travel with friends, the price of the two-person room per one person is almost the same as the room that has 4 single beds for 4 individuals.
The photo is a random photo, but look how comfortable the atmosphere is. I like the tone of the room which is white and earth tone.

CChenRuL'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de l'arrêt de bus. L'hôtel dispose d'une laverie automatique, mais il y a aussi une laverie automatique à proximité. Un 7-11 et un FamilyMart sont à 3 minutes à pied. J'ai séjourné dans une suite simple cette fois-ci. Seul bémol : l'absence de prise de courant près du lit ; j'ai donc dû utiliser la salle de bain pour recharger mon téléphone. La chambre disposait également d'un bloc-notes et d'autocollants pour les messages et les conversations. La décoration est unique et magnifique. ✨
Voyageur solo et Superman de la pelle recommande vivement cet endroit !

CChu. JaneLes atouts majeurs de cet hôtel sont son emplacement et son petit-déjeuner. Mon précédent séjour n'avait pas été idéal – ma chambre, située en face de l'ascenseur et au-dessus du restaurant, offrait une vue imprenable sur les clients attablés en terrasse – mais cela ne m'avait pas dérangé, mon séjour étant court. Le sauna et le petit-déjeuner étant excellents, j'ai décidé d'y séjourner à nouveau. J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer un réceptionniste très professionnel et aimable, M. Zhang, qui s'est occupé avec enthousiasme de la facture et de la commande à emporter du petit-déjeuner. La dernière fois, ma chambre se trouvait en face de l'ascenseur, ce qui était gênant car je voyais les gens en sortir à chaque fois que j'ouvrais la porte, et ma chambre était complètement exposée. M. Zhang a eu la gentillesse de me trouver une chambre à l'écart de l'ascenseur, sur le côté. Il a également répondu à toutes mes questions concernant la réservation de taxis pour l'aéroport et m'a expliqué pourquoi l'obscurité de ma chambre m'empêchait de travailler, toujours avec le sourire. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux ; mon plat préféré était le porridge de riz aux fruits de mer : frais, copieux et délicieux. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié la soupe de bœuf de Tainan, et le thé aux amandes était riche et naturel – j'en ai toujours pris un bol. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner et le sauna, mais un service de qualité a véritablement sublimé mon séjour. Ma rencontre avec M. Zhang a grandement contribué à améliorer mon impression générale du Taitung Guitian Sheraton, et je choisirai sans hésiter d'y séjourner à nouveau.

2. Un bon environnement hôtelier attirera des clients civilisés. Je n'ai entendu aucun bruit pendant mon séjour de deux jours.
3. Le distributeur d'eau au premier étage fournit de l'eau chaude et froide. Il y a une petite cuisine et un bar où vous pouvez préparer du thé, des nouilles et manger. La cuisine dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur.
4. La chambre dispose d'un petit réfrigérateur, d'un ventilateur, d'un grand lit et d'un grand espace dans la chambre. Le seul inconvénient est que le ventilateur de la salle de bain de la chambre 305 est un peu bruyant.
5. La dame de la réception est gentille et gentille et répond à toutes les questions.

Le petit déjeuner à ce lieu a beaucoup d'articles mais pas beaucoup qui sont adaptés aux occidentaux. En général, je recommande de rester dans la ville et de payer quelques dollars supplémentaires.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

卻發現主辦單位完全不在民宿
裝飾用門鈴也毫無反應
不得不說他們的環境設計非常逼真
可惜這是反向密室逃脫
絕對不會這麼單純的
我們嘗試聯繫tr*p.com 提供的手機

希望可以取得一些提示
然而聽筒的那一端只有嘈雜的語音信箱
「很抱歉#%##*%，請明天早上10點再撥打」
我們實在太天真了
怎麼可能這麼簡單
看來只能尋求其他的線索
那FB 或 line 呢？
我循著這些線索聯繫了民宿
卻也是杳無音信
好不容易深入查到一支手機號碼
卻發現是一開始的那一支
熟悉的線索A
一切又回到了原點
我跟旁邊的朋友兵分二路
他繼續在訂房網站裡面尋找線索
我則是觀察旁邊其他客房
客房門窗都鎖很緊
也沒有提示鑰匙位置
作為提供密室逃脫的民宿
不意外的有者嚴密的防盜裝置
另一方面
我的朋友call out 到訂房網站尋求提示
經過幾次轉接之後才終於得到鑰匙的線索
這個提示幫助很大，所以我不想暴雷
有興趣可以體驗一次
我們真丟臉
竟然還要靠提示才有辦法破關…
然而正當我們疲憊的沈浸於進入密室的勝利時
發現遊戲仍在進行…
大廳鞋櫃上陳列著各式注意事項
其中包含了Wi-Fi 名稱與密碼
我們進入密室之後旋即試圖連線
卻驚覺上面的Wi-Fi 名稱
竟然不在可用網路清單上！
我們嘗試了最接近民宿名稱的Wi-Fi
密碼則是注意事項上提供的組合
可惜連線失敗
我們又嘗試了輸入線索A的電話
但一樣無法連上網路
但這個謎底最後還是成功被我破解了
原來是要連自己的網路！
後續還有像是飲水機沒水等等的支線任務
都還蠻好玩的
然而，他們的密室佈置實在是非常舒服
表示在提供反向密室逃脫的同時
他們作為民宿的責任卻一點都不馬虎
整體而言是非常有趣的體驗
因為是反向密室的挑戰
所以我也反向提供最高評價一顆星！

Yyona vanI had booked a room in the “hostel” section, but it’s actually more of a hotel pretending to also be a hostel. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired (from what i could see the window sill is clearly never cleaned, hair on the clean sheets, etc.). On top of that, the lockers are fake in the sense that they don’t lock, so they’re basically just cupboards that anyone can open.
As for the bathroom, some of the shower doors are broken and were literally left abandoned inside the shower. What was my surprise to see that there were cockroaches ?? The next day, I came back to the room to take a shower and there was no electricity in the bathroom anymore.
I asked for compensation because the price I paid was completely disproportionate to the state of the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and offered to move me to a private room (in the hotel section), but the problems continued: when I opened the bathroom door, I once again found cockroaches. Moreover, the humidity doesn’t seem to evacuate properly, and there’s a nauseating smell inside. The lock on the door leading from the room to the hallway doesn’t work. The finishing of the construction work is terrible, nothing is right.
In short, my advice is : do not come to this hotel.
