Hôtels près de Temple de Confucius, Nanjing

Équipements : Le B&B est très proche du site pittoresque de Laomendong. Je m'attendais à du bruit, mais c'est très calme. On se croirait dans un endroit paisible au cœur d'une ville animée. Hygiène : Je l'ai commandé pour la désinfection UV. C'était vraiment propre. Le gobelet à brosse à dents a été désinfecté par la dame et apporté dans la chambre. Il était sûr à utiliser. Il y avait aussi des lingettes alcoolisées dans la chambre, ce qui était vraiment réconfortant pour les personnes atteintes de mysophobie. Service : Le personnel du B&B est très enthousiaste (il y a aussi un gros Corgi dans le magasin - Wheat🌾super mignon hahahaha) Le petit-déjeuner est également bon. On y trouve des fruits de bienvenue, de l'eau minérale, du coca et du café gratuits. Le patron m'a également offert une petite boîte de thé Yuhua à mon départ. Je souhaite au patron une entreprise prospère💰💰

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

En passant en voiture, l'emplacement est très facile à trouver. Le stationnement en bas est pratique et coûte 10 yuans pour 24 heures. La vue nocturne sur la rivière au 25ème étage est si belle que c'est très pratique de manger en bas et il y a aussi. un supermarché. La chambre est bien rangée et dispose d'un réfrigérateur. Il est pratique de boire des boissons glacées par temps chaud. Le prix est abordable et rentable. Ils ont présenté les itinéraires vers les attractions environnantes. vain. Merci.

J'ai vu un forfait de 1 400 sur Ctrip vendredi, mais je n'ai pas pu réserver de séjour samedi. J'ai choisi une chambre double pour 1 000. Après tout, je ne voulais pas prendre trois repas dans un hôtel. Quant à savoir si cela permettra d'économiser de l'argent ? Bon gars, il s'avère que payer séparément un dîner et des divertissements revient à peu près au même prix qu'un modèle tout compris. Il faisait beau pendant notre séjour à l'hôtel. Quand je suis parti à 14 heures dimanche, c'était une journée nuageuse. Il a commencé à pleuvoir légèrement sur le chemin du retour. Il était déjà 15 heures samedi lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Après avoir fait mes valises, j'ai raté toutes les activités de plein air ouvertes pendant la journée. (Le trapèze est temporairement fermé) Nous nous sommes beaucoup promenés à l'extérieur et les enfants ont descendu le toboggan plusieurs fois. De retour à la salle d’activités intérieure, j’ai fait l’expérience de l’escalade et du rampement aérien. Pour les adultes, c'est totalement gratuit, les enfants ont G.O pour s'occuper d'eux lorsqu'ils jouent. À l'heure actuelle, je suis également à moitié passionné de sport, je joue simplement au basket-ball et au baby-foot. Comme je n’aime pas les buffets, j’ai choisi Qingsheng (cuisine Huaiyang). Au début, il n’y avait pas beaucoup de clients. Les deux serveurs allaient bien. A 7 heures, il était évident qu'il n'y avait pas assez de serveurs. Mon mari est vraiment aveugle et a commandé 5 bols de plats à base de soupe et d'eau. Hoquet... À 7h30, nous avons emmené les enfants se faire maquiller. Je suis allé dans ton bar et j'ai acheté deux équipements disco (un bracelet lumineux et des lunettes lumineuses, pour un total de 70 yuans). J'ai commandé deux cocktails. C'est ainsi que la famille et les enfants ont dansé jusqu'à 22h30 ce soir-là. Je suis retourné dans la pièce et j'ai regardé un match de l'équipe de football chinoise. Le lendemain, le père s'est envolé avec le bébé. Le matin, je faisais la navette entre les deux sports : la danse fitness et l'aquagym. G.O Fei du groupe sportif est particulièrement énergique. Ensuite, nous sommes allés dehors pour jouer au tir à l'arc et au téléphérique. Je me suis vraiment fait plein d'énergie. Je prenais trois douches par jour. Une chose à laquelle je ne m'attendais pas, c'est que l'hôtel nouvellement ouvert ne dispose pas de bornes de recharge. Sur le chemin du retour, j'ai trouvé un endroit pour recharger et manger. Enfin, je voudrais donner deux suggestions à l'hôtel. Merci à Jayne qui était toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions ou besoins pendant mon séjour.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, très pratique pour visiter le site de Fuzimiao. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable, l'enregistrement s'est fait clairement et nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre quadruple plutôt calme. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants en bas. Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien et je le recommande vivement.

J'ai séjourné dans des dizaines d'auberges de jeunesse, et celle-ci est de loin la meilleure que j'aie fréquentée. Il y a un petit casier près du lit, le matelas est excellent, la couette est douce et confortable, et le lit est fait et très propre. Des pantoufles désinfectées professionnellement sont fournies pour accéder aux dortoirs, ce qui est très pratique pour prendre une douche. Les dortoirs sont propres et calmes. Il y a de grands casiers dédiés dans le hall pour les bagages, et chaque personne dispose d'un casier dans le dortoir. Les lavabos communs sont très bien conçus et le sèche-cheveux est puissant.

Hôtel plutôt sympa + bien situé à quelques pas du métro!

L'hôtel est propre et niché au cœur de la ville. Les chambres sont impeccables et confortables. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Le personnel était courtois, attentionné et patient. C'était un excellent séjour et je trouve que c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et attentionné. Je le recommande vivement !

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite loft avec une famille d'amis, l'environnement était excellent et les activités nombreuses. Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant et nous a offert des billets pour le parc d'attractions pour enfants et la piscine. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable ! Nous envisagerons de revenir la prochaine fois.
