Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et a immédiatement répondu à tous mes problèmes. Si les robots étaient débordés, ils vous livraient même à manger à domicile. Bravo à eux ! Je tiens tout particulièrement à féliciter le grand homme mince. Il était là pour répondre à toutes mes questions avant l'enregistrement et s'est montré incroyablement réactif.
Leurs uniformes de travail étaient très originaux, avec leur style chinois traditionnel et leur technologie intelligente, ce qui était assez innovant. Cependant, l'assistant vocal intelligent de la chambre manquait de réactivité.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et répondait à tous mes besoins essentiels. Cependant, un matin, je me suis réveillé avec une rénovation bruyante et une odeur de peinture, mais le lendemain, tout cela avait disparu.
L'emplacement général est excellent, à un peu plus de 300 mètres de la source Baotu. Au rez-de-chaussée, ils ont une marmite en cuivre (un délice ! 😋), et les brioches Nanjing sont également délicieuses. Les raviolis chinois Chunshui sont également à 10 minutes à pied.

It’s overall a very pleasant staying. Member of staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places around for a taste of local cuisine.
One point off of cleanliness as there were smoky smell from time to time during our three nights of staying. I think it’s because some guests had broken the non-smoking rules in their rooms.

J'ai eu beaucoup de questions avec le personnel concernant les problèmes de livraison, et ils ont été très gentils. Il y a un robot de livraison au premier étage, ce qui était pratique pour commander de la nourriture à l'extérieur. L'emplacement est bon car l'arrêt de bus est à proximité. La chambre était plus petite que prévu, elle ne semblait pas bien insonorisée et il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre que j'avais réservée. De plus, la salle du petit-déjeuner n'est pas grande, vous devrez donc peut-être attendre s'il y a beaucoup de monde.

Had a very pleasant stay with the hotel. The room was clean and the lift came with AI activation, first time I've seen that and it was quite intriguing. The front reception was very helpful and friendly during our stay as well. We booked a family room with a winnie the pooh theme which was quite funny since I (30yo) was visiting with my parents. The toilet was nice and the TV big as well. The porters were very helpful with moving our lugguage in and out of the reception area.
Thank you reception staff 7, 11, 14 as well as dining staff 4 for making our stay more pleasant.

Situation et transport : Idéalement situé, juste à côté de la source de Baotu et à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques, l'établissement est très bien desservi par les transports. Il suffit de suivre les indications.
Vue depuis la chambre : Absolument fantastique ! En ouvrant la fenêtre, on découvre une source limpide. L'eau cristalline coule doucement sous la fenêtre, reflétant les saules pleureurs sur la rive. Une légère brise agite parfois les branches des saules et crée des ondulations à la surface de l'eau, embaumant l'air d'un parfum subtil, doux et rafraîchissant. On s'y sent en toute tranquillité, comme au bord d'une source.
Service : Extrêmement satisfaisant. L'établissement a confirmé l'adresse par téléphone à l'avance, les barrières de lit ont été installées et des fruits et un yaourt nous ont même été offerts – une délicate attention ! La réceptionniste, Mme Guo, a tout organisé à la perfection, nous accueillant à notre arrivée, nous aidant avec nos bagages et nous accompagnant jusqu'à notre chambre. Un souci du détail remarquable. Après notre départ, la charmante réceptionniste, Mme Zhang, nous a aidés à déposer nos bagages. Lorsque nous avons récupéré nos bagages et nous apprêtions à rentrer, elle nous avait même préparé une délicieuse crêpe souvenir !

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale avec toboggan, vivement recommandée pour les voyages avec des enfants. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et les enfants se sont éclatés sur le toboggan. Il faisait chaud et les enfants étaient petits, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre dans notre chambre ! La chambre est située en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité de nombreuses attractions. Le point fort de notre séjour de deux jours avec les enfants a été les aires de jeux aquatiques familiales de Baotu Spring et de Wulongtan, à quelques minutes à pied ! Les équipements de la chambre étaient également excellents. Outre le toboggan, il y avait des tentes, des livres d'images et des jouets. Il y avait aussi un service de blanchisserie et de séchage gratuit, une salle de sport et des collations simples pour tard le soir, comme du porridge et des petits pains vapeur après 21 h. Chaque soir, après le coucher des enfants, mon mari allait à la salle de sport pour une séance d'entraînement et revenait avec un bol de porridge ! Un robot livrait même des plats à emporter et d'autres choses à la porte, et les enfants interagissaient avec lui à chaque fois qu'ils prenaient leurs plats. Vivement recommandé pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants !

Mon séjour à cet hôtel m'a laissé une forte impression de confort et de cohérence. La situation est excellente, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement, qu'il s'agisse de visites ou d'engagements commerciaux, et la disposition des zones communes permet une circulation sans se sentir jamais confondue.
Les chambres sont pacifiques, avec un lit ferme et soutenant qui assure un sommeil tranquille et une très bonne prolifération sonore qui bloque efficacement le bruit extérieur. La propreté est constamment élevée, même dans les zones les plus occupées, ce qui reflète une gestion professionnelle sérieuse et quotidienne.
Le petit déjeuner offre une sélection solide et simple des bien préparés – parfaitement adaptée à un horaire de voyages occupé. Les domaines de travail modestes sont plus que suffisants pour préparer des documents ou pour faire des appels sans véritable inconvénient.

Située dans le même bâtiment, elle propose deux chambres séparées, « Tian Tian Hier » et « Tian Ming Demain », donnant l'impression de pouvoir y revivre chaque instant. Les installations sont de première qualité : le hall est équipé d'appareils de fitness, et il y a même une salle de mah-jong dans le couloir latéral et une salle de billard au rez-de-chaussée. La plus belle vue est sans aucun doute celle du balcon, un véritable atout pour la chambre quadruple, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur Jinan. Le hall dispose également de baies vitrées donnant sur le lac Daming, la tour Chaoran et la gare du lac Daming. Imaginez-vous prendre votre petit-déjeuner en admirant le paysage ! Le personnel de la réception est incroyablement serviable et explique en détail chaque client, pour que chacun se sente comme chez soi. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Jinan !

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land.
Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief.
This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care.
Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

MMasalHKChambres: Bonne chambre de taille, 6/F partiellement rénové (notamment électriques, tapis), 4/F pas fait. Ils ont un salon exécutif mais il est juste un salon, pas de bénéfices que vous obtenez dans d'autres hôtels.
Facilités : 2/F dispose de tables de piscine, de tennis de table, de cartes/mahjong, de salles de sport; le sol B1 dispose d'une vaste piscine.
Petit-déjeuner: Bien, quelques options occidentales. RMB40/pax à l'hôtel.
Location: Perfect. facile à pied à Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Tiger Noir Spring, boutiques. Il est sur la route du bus de navette touristique qui coûte RMB5/day et va à tous les sites principaux. Fréquent les week-ends, moins les jours de semaine.
Restaurants: Des restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Au sud jusqu'aux centres de la rue Quancheng où il y a beaucoup de choses que vous pouvez manger à la hotpot et à la BBQ. Au sud aussi à Kuanhouli, la rue de la snack et quelques bons restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). Le nord est le célèbre restaurant Shandong: Kui Sheng Ju. Il y avait toujours une couette, donc nous sommes allés à un restaurant similaire à travers la rue.
Service : Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche sur 6/F car la pression de l'eau était très faible ou juste coupé en tout. Le gestionnaire de service a été très utile et nous a emménagés dans une suite sur le 4/F.
Langue : Mandarin uniquement
Je pense certainement à nouveau si nous revenons à Jinan.

Le service était encore meilleur, notamment celui de la responsable des relations clients, EIsa He Mengyao, qui s'est montrée très serviable. Elle a réservé une chambre à l'avance, nous a informés de la situation de l'hôtel, nous a donné des indications et nous a même fait revenir. Elle a toujours été attentionnée. Merci beaucoup. Je séjournerai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Jinan.

According to Trip.com’s grading system, The Madison Hotel is listed as a Trip Plus 4-star hotel, but based on our recent stay, we believe it falls short of that rating. While we had a mostly pleasant experience, there were noticeable issues that prevent us from agreeing with the 4-star classification.
The Positives
- Check-in & Staff: The reception team was friendly, and one staff member could communicate a little in English, which was helpful.
- Room Comfort: Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and allowed individual adjustment.
- Amenities: We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters and two soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located inside Wanda Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible.
The Negatives (Why It’s Not 4-Star)
- Cleanliness Issues: The room wasn’t cleaned to a 4-star (or even 3-star) standard. We found nail clippings on the bedside mat, indicating poor vacuuming.

The Madison Hotel is a decent option, but we’d rate it as a solid 3-star hotel, not 4-star. If you prioritize location and comfort over luxury service and cleanliness, it’s a reasonable choice. However, management should address housekeeping and staff training to meet higher standards.

IInvité這是我第三次來濟南無與倫比的服務體驗，具有很高性價比，值得推薦。這次選擇貴酒店作為我在濟南的體驗感超棒的酒店，是我做出的正確決定，從踏入酒店大堂那一刻起，我就被這裏古香古色的氛圍所吸引。特別要感謝酒店的前台小穆小姐姐，在我入住時，發現我掉落的水杯並及時聯繫我，更令我感動的是，在我退房主動聯繫我遺落的一副眼鏡，真的非常感動，妥善包裝後寄給了我，這種細緻入微的服務讓我感到非常温暖和安心。客房寬敞明亮，裝飾簡單，床鋪被子柔軟，確保了我在忙碌的一天後能夠得到充分的休息。房間裏，我發現酒店為我精心安排的晾衣架，這看似微不足道的細節，卻透露出對客人需求的深刻洞察和關懷。在旅途中，能夠有一個合適的地方晾曬衣物，是多麼貼心的考慮啊。它讓我覺得自己不僅僅是一個住客，更像是在家裡一樣自在。而當我有些疲憊或者感覺寒冷的時候，酒店送來的桂圓紅棗茶，簡直暖到了我的心裏。那一杯熱氣騰騰的紅棗茶，散發著濃郁的香氣，彷彿是酒店對客人無聲的關懷與問候。每一口都充滿了温暖和甜蜜，不僅驅散了身體的寒意，更讓我感受到了酒店服務的細膩與用心。忘記訂了早餐，付費用了酒店的早餐，品種豐富多樣，服務員態度親切，讓我的用餐體驗更加愉悦。此外，酒店的位置優越，周邊交通便利，距離高鐵 地鐵站非常近非常方便，打車什麼的更方便，這幾個月還正是看花的好時候，還看上了森林公園的花海，地鐵也非常方便可以直達環聯夜市真的非常非常大，再次感謝酒店的服務人員！！！！！！
