Je le trouve quand même correct. La salle de bain est très petite et la robinetterie date des années 80, ce qui n'est pas pratique du tout. Les produits de toilette étaient corrects. Il y avait de la poussière au sol et des taches sur la table de chevet, mais le personnel a été assez coopératif pour nous changer de chambre. Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct.

Cinq étoiles sans hésiter ! La chambre était entièrement équipée et fonctionnelle, propre et sans odeur. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain impeccable, et le Wi-Fi ainsi que la télévision fonctionnaient parfaitement. Le parking était très pratique, et il y avait même une aire de jeux pour enfants. Le café fraîchement moulu au rez-de-chaussée était délicieux. Franchement, tout y est ! Surtout, le personnel était très aimable et répondait rapidement à toutes nos demandes. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des attractions et facile d'accès. Tant les infrastructures que le service étaient au rendez-vous, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons la prochaine fois !

L'environnement général est agréable, proche du Bào Tū Quán, du lac Dà Míng et du Hēi Hǔ Quán, tous à moins de 1,5 km à pied. En sortant, on tombe directement sur une rue piétonne. Le personnel est très serviable et a même offert des fruits et des snacks aux enfants. C'est idéal si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou des personnes âgées, en raison de la proximité. L'escalier menant au deuxième étage est un peu raide et étroit, il faut en tenir compte. J'ai aussi une petite suggestion : les toilettes et la douche sont transparentes, donc on se voit presque quand on se brosse les dents, se douche ou va aux toilettes, ce qui est un peu gênant. Il y a un parking souterrain, très pratique, même si dans la vieille ville, avec tous les sites touristiques alentour, il y a forcément des embouteillages. Dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même un bon endroit.

帶爸爸去濟南玩，定的這家酒店。首先它的地理位置很方便，酒店對面就是五龍潭，旁邊走兩三分鐘就是趵突泉，酒店外面一圈吃的也很多。然後房間乾淨整潔，我睡眠不好，入住的時候告知前台妹妹我喜歡安靜的房間，所以她給我們安排了一間靠小區裏的，晚上睡覺很安靜。房間洗澡水大，很舒服。我們去泰山的時候訂動車票訂錯了，訂到濟南西站了，前台妹妹熱情的幫我更改。總之，來濟南在這裏連住三天，服務周到，很好的體驗。

It’s overall a very pleasant staying. Member of staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places around for a taste of local cuisine.
One point off of cleanliness as there were smoky smell from time to time during our three nights of staying. I think it’s because some guests had broken the non-smoking rules in their rooms.

GGuest UserL'emplacement de l'hôtel est facile à trouver. Il est proche de la gare de Jinan, mais il n'y a pas de bruit ni d'agitation autour de la gare. Un seul bâtiment est situé des deux côtés de la rue Xiaohe, au bord de la rivière. Il y a beaucoup restaurants de barbecue à choisir. A côté se trouve K88 Plaza. Il y a aussi beaucoup de choix pour manger dans le hall. Le service client dans le hall est professionnel et sympathique. La disposition de la chambre Il est raisonnable d'entrer par la porte. Il y a un espace pour ranger les bagages. Il y a aussi des tapis de yoga et des livres qui peuvent être utilisés. La chambre est très propre. L'essentiel est qu'il n'y ait pas d'étrange odeur de graisse. Le thé et le café suspendu à l'oreille du biscuit à l'eau d'Atour sont également bien sonores -proofed, donc vous pouvez avoir un sommeil confortable. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience est très bonne. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois que je viens à Jinan !

MMasalHKRooms: Good size room, 6/F partly refurbished (especially electrics, carpets), 4/F not done. They have an executive lounge but it is just a lounge, no benefits that you get in other hotels.
Facilities: 2/F has pool tables, table tennis, card/mahjong rooms, gym; Floor B1 has a huge pool. All quite busy as they allow members of the public to pay to use.
Breakfast: Good, some western options. RMB40/pax at hotel.
Location: Perfect. easy walk to Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, shops. It is on the route of the Tourist shuttle bus which costs RMB5/day and goes to all the main sites. Frequent at weekends, less so weekdays.
Restaurants: Lots around hotel. South to malls on Quancheng Road where there are lots of all you can eat hotpot and BBQ. Also south to Kuanhouli, the snack street and some good restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). North is the famous Shandong restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. There was always a queue so we went to a similar restaurant across the street from it. Also next to it is the Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou restaurant which is excellent.
Service: We had a problem with the shower on 6/F as water pressure was very low or just cut out altogether. Initially we asked the front desk staff to sort it out but not much happened. Then asked the duty manager and he was very helpful and moved us to a suite on the 4/F. So if you have a problem, make sure you ask for some one in authority and the service will be excellent.
Language: Mandarin only
Will defintely consider again if we return to Jinan.
