AAdam DZI'd like to highly recommend this homestay. The place is so calm, so clean and convenient. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive. There's also a free parking area The owner is is beautiful couple showing love and care to everyone. The homestay is well equipped with all the necessities.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la ligne de métro que nous recherchions. J'ai pris une photo de leur chambre familiale… elle a l'air charmante.

DDave12345Lovely experience. We checked in real late at 1030pm and still managed to walk to a nearby night market for supper. The rooms are clean and service staff very friendly and professional. Extra bed was already arranged when we arrived, which was fantastic.

EEric19911991We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨
The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛
Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!

GGuest UserMon séjour dans cet hôtel a été parfait ! La chambre est absolument magnifique, identique aux photos de l'hôtel, voire plus belle en vrai. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, ambiance agréable et service impeccable. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques sont accessibles jour et nuit. Ma chambre était impeccablement propre et rangée. Le lit et la salle de bain sont spacieux. La couverture et les oreillers sont super confortables ; je n'avais plus envie de partir ! J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour. 🙏

JJess_TikaTrès bel hôtel avec un service de qualité. Un personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Une gratitude particulière à l'agent à l'extérieur et à Yann de l'accueil. Le SPA est magnifique et le personnel très coopérant. Petit remarque néanmoins quant au téléphone portable des masseuses qui sonnent durant le massage ce qui altère le détente complète du moment.

La chambre était propre, le personnel de la maison est excellent - très service orienté.
La taille de la suite est ok - pas très grande mais assez d'espace.

IInvitéThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
