Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

Chambre propre. Ils ont la machine à faire le check-in et le check-out. L'espace de stationnement était disponible au niveau du fondement. L'emplacement sage n'est pas trop loin de la zone centrale si vous conduisez, mais il faut marcher très loin. Le petit déjeuner était agréable. Ils vous donneront également un bon pour rembourser le gâteau ou la boisson.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un arrêt de bus devant la porte, un grand parc en face et à proximité du marché nocturne de l'Université nationale Tsing Hua, accessible à pied. Le prix est abordable, le personnel du comptoir est sympathique et il y a également un comptoir en libre-service où vous pouvez effectuer les procédures d'enregistrement et de départ à tout moment. For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The hotel room and overall establishment is old and worn out. It was totally different from the pictures shown in Trip.com. Room is small and there's always smoking smoke entered my room easily as the gap between door is quite big. Sometimes, the smoking smoke from other floors entered from the toilet window which was covered with glass door into my room's toilet. Hence it was very very unpleasant and uncomfortable to sniff in all the secondhand smoke from other hotel guests stayed in other floors. I also found a condom packing which was tore off and dumped at the bottom of tissue holder after I used the very last piece of tissue paper in my room I got a shock to see that. I then realised the hotel was rented out for day use for *** making purpose. As free condoms were provided as part of the amenities. The housekeeping granny was friendly and did her part to clean my room and did my bed maybe she had overlooked about the tore off condom packing laying at the bottom of tissue holder. The water dispenser looks old and no mineral water bottle was given. I ended up buying my own water from convenient store. Location wise is just across the street from the Hsinchu Train Station. Best service I will give credit to the housekeeping granny who is friendly and helpful.
