L'hôtel, récemment ouvert, bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal à proximité de Jiuyanqiao. Les installations sont correctes, mais attention en voiture dans le parking souterrain. L'arrivée et le départ se sont bien déroulés. La corbeille de fruits que j'avais commandée ne m'a pas été fournie. Le service de blanchisserie est acceptable, mais lors de mon départ, on m'a signalé avoir oublié ma montre dans ma chambre. J'ai appelé pour leur demander de la rechercher et de me recontacter, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, ce qui a immédiatement gâché mon séjour. Cela témoigne d'un manque de formation du personnel.

Only 4 stations to Chengdudong railway station by Line 2. There is also another Metro Line 6 in this station. Lots of food shop around the surrounding. We love to eat at Luomashaguo for our dinner near the exit H of metro station. Friendly reception and service staff. We stayed 6 nights in this hotel. Will stay in this hotel again if we were to visit Chengdu.

Mon séjour au Yueshang Licheng Hotel a largement dépassé mes attentes, un cinq étoiles bien mérité ! Le personnel était incroyablement aimable, l'enregistrement s'est fait en un clin d'œil, et ils m'ont même recommandé une rue de stands de nourriture à proximité, me disant qu'elle était très animée le soir. Et en effet, je n'ai pas été déçu ! La chambre était d'une propreté impeccable, pas un grain de poussière dans les moindres recoins, et la literie était si douce, aussi confortable que chez moi. En demandant, j'ai appris qu'il s'agissait de matelas King Koil, pas étonnant ! Même moi, qui ai du mal à dormir ailleurs que chez moi, j'ai dormi comme un bébé jusqu'au matin. La salle de bain était parfaitement agencée avec sa séparation douche/WC, l'eau chaude était abondante et coulait à flot. Les produits de toilette étaient agréables à utiliser, et surtout, j'ai adoré les toilettes intelligentes : l'assise est chauffante, il y a des fonctions de lavage et même une veilleuse, plus besoin d'allumer la lumière en pleine nuit et de perturber son sommeil ! De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, juste devant un arrêt de bus, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. On n'a pas à se soucier de trouver de quoi manger ou faire du shopping. Le soir, la vue sur les environs est également magnifique, avec les ponts Jiuyan et Langqiao juste à côté. Le rapport qualité-prix global est excellent.

WWill__FRNous avons passé un super moment. Le lobby, la buanderie et la salle de sports sont très modernes, bien équipés et on peut s'y installer confortablement. Les chambres sont très propres et agréablement parfumées, juste ce qu'il faut. Mais le plus important à noter est le niveau de service - à la réception, le personnel de ménage, etc...: digne d'un Hilton, avec toujours un sourire et une bienveillance sincère que nous avons appréciés (anecdote pour illustrer : après le checkout et alors que notre Didi venait nous chercher, il a commencé à pleuvoir. Même si ce n'était que quelques gouttes, quelqu'un est venu nous couvrir avec des parapluies). Merci beaucoup.

MM571663****Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été agréable. La réceptionniste m'a aidée avec mes bagages et m'a fait visiter les lieux lors de mon arrivée. La chambre était entièrement équipée d'un système domotique. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Le personnel m'a même offert un petit cadeau au moment de mon départ. Les seuls points négatifs étaient l'arrêt automatique du sèche-cheveux en cas de surchauffe et l'absence de porte-vêtements dans la salle de bain, ce qui était un peu gênant. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra remédier à ces deux problèmes. Globalement, mon séjour a été presque parfait.

Llilihua290C'était ma première fois à Chengdu et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était fantastique, vraiment le meilleur ! Il est juste à côté de Chunxi Road et de Taikoo Li, ce qui est super pratique pour le shopping. Il y a aussi une supérette et une pharmacie juste en face de l'hôtel. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée, avec une salle de bain séparée douche/baignoire. L'hôtel offrait un thé de l'après-midi gratuit et des bons pour des glaces. Chaque jour, il y avait aussi du thé au lait gratuit. Le petit-déjeuner était servi au 30ème étage, avec une très belle vue depuis le restaurant. Le buffet était copieux et il était même possible de prendre son repas en terrasse. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai bénéficié du service d'une majordome, YY. Elle était incroyablement serviable et attentive, répondant à toutes mes demandes.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

IInvitéNous avons séjourné ici neuf nuits consécutives ! Il faut environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre la base des pandas. Après une journée de marche, nous sommes retournés au balcon de la buanderie du deuxième étage. C'était vraiment pratique. La femme de ménage s'occupait de tout chaque jour et il y avait de l'eau minérale à volonté ! Les réceptionnistes étaient sympathiques et familiales. 🤭 Le bâtiment avec cour intérieure était idéal pour un délicieux petit-déjeuner ! Le monastère de Wenshu est à 3 minutes à pied. On y trouve un large choix de restaurants. Fortement recommandé aux familles voyageant avec des enfants.

La propriétaire, une femme originaire de Pékin, est très directe. Elle gère cette entreprise depuis sa retraite, en collaboration avec son frère. Très impliquée, elle veille à la propreté des lieux. Elle organise également les lits en fonction des besoins de chaque client régulier, rendant le séjour confortable, sûr et sans tracas. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour les courts et longs séjours : excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Le Musée de Chengdu est accessible en moins de dix minutes à pied. Il suffit d'une station de métro pour rejoindre la rue piétonne Chunxi Road et Taikoo Li. En diagonale opposée à l'hôtel se trouve le CBD de Chengdu. L'hôtel ne fournit pas de peignoirs, mais après avoir appelé la réception, on m'en a immédiatement apporté deux. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est correct, sans plus. L'absence de nouilles au bœuf est dommage, mais le Guokui au bœuf est excellent.

QQieyiqinghuaiJe suis venue à Chengdu avec mon fils et j'ai choisi cette chambre familiale, c'était un excellent choix ! La petite tente dans la chambre a été le coup de cœur de mon enfant, il ne voulait plus en sortir. Il y avait aussi un jeu de Gomoku, et mon fils et moi avons passé un super moment à jouer dedans. La chambre avait une petite cour, entourée de verdure, l'air était frais et agréable. Le matin, je m'asseyais dans la cour pour boire du thé et regarder mon enfant jouer, c'était très relaxant. Les toilettes intelligentes étaient propres et hygiéniques, les détails étaient bien pensés. La station de métro Taisheng South Road est à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui est pratique pour aller à Chunxi Road et à la Base de recherche sur l'élevage de pandas géants. Mon enfant a dit qu'il voulait dormir encore dans la tente demain, nous réserverons certainement à nouveau la prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Chengdu !
