Hôtels près de Gare de Kunming, Kunming

Cet hôtel a été une véritable et agréable surprise ! Je tenais absolument à lui attribuer 5 étoiles. La décoration était de bon goût, avec un design d'ensemble fantastique. Les oreillers étaient excellents – un en duvet et un en latex. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de bain : spacieuse et magnifique ! Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, le service impeccable et l'emplacement idéal, à proximité de nombreux excellents restaurants. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

À mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai été accueilli et pris en charge par une réceptionniste très réactive et polie, ainsi que par une équipe aimable et attentionnée. Cette dernière s'est constamment assurée du bien-être et du confort des clients durant mon séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate de nombreux commerces, centres commerciaux et stands de street food ouverts 24h/24 et 7j/7. La rue du Vieux Pékin, avec ses nombreux magasins et attractions, est accessible à pied. L'hôtel est impeccablement entretenu. Ma chambre, spacieuse et propre, était bien équipée, avec notamment un sèche-cheveux et un défroisseur. Une salle de sport et une laverie avec lessive gratuite sont également à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. En résumé, le personnel de la réception est très serviable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été positive : l'hôtel était confortable, le petit-déjeuner était inclus et un service de navette aéroport était disponible.

Très pratique directement dans le terminal, super moderne et de très bonnes installations. L'air est devenu un peu étouffant car il n'y a pas de fenêtre, il faudra peut-être monter la climatisation plus haut. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon choix pour un vol tôt le matin. Bonne nourriture à proximité.

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

L'hygiène et l'environnement étaient impeccables, ce qui était excellent et a même dépassé mes attentes. Après une longue journée, j'étais ravie de rentrer. Je n'avais pas d'attentes particulières concernant l'environnement lors de ma réservation, mais j'ai été vraiment satisfaite. C'était d'une propreté exceptionnelle et je le recommande à tous !

excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un court trajet. Les propriétaires sont tous gentils et vous avez même eu droit à un service gratuit de prise en charge et de retour à la gare.

L'emplacement est très proche de la gare TGV et il y a un point de prise en charge spécial pour les voitures. L'hôtel est situé au bord de la route et est facile à trouver. L'environnement est toujours très bon et le libre-service des entreprises est possible. L'hôtel est entièrement équipé d'installations intelligentes. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à la gare TGV, je viendrai toujours à son restaurant
