헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉
✅ 좋았던 점들
- 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍
- 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀
- 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊
- 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다.
- 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏
- 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다.
- 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯!
❌ 아쉬웠던 점들
- 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶
- 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️
생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다.
- 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다.
- 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요!
해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨
- 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶
📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견
전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..!
그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

GGuest UserNous avons trouvé cet hôtel extrêmement agréable !! La plupart des membres du personnel parlaient anglais et il n'y avait aucun stress pour communiquer ce dont nous avions besoin. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont magnifiques. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner étaient très savoureux. Le meilleur buffet de petit-déjeuner que nous ayons eu en Chine jusqu'à présent ! La seule amélioration serait l'odeur de la literie dans la chambre. Ça sentait juste un peu la poussière.

CCuncaochunhuiL'hôtel est proche du bord de mer, vous pourrez donc vous promener le long de la plage le matin et profiter de la liberté de courir légèrement. Vous pouvez également aller à la plage en famille pour nourrir les mouettes et découvrir l'harmonie entre l'homme et la nature. L'hôtel est très propre et la chambre est grande. Ils ont surclassé l'hôtel gratuitement, ce qui est très apprécié.

IInvitéMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserLa chambre est spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, avec des spécialités de Dalian comme le riz aux saucisses de mer. Il y a de tout, du style chinois à l'occidental. Le service de l'hôtel est également excellent, ils répondent rapidement à nos demandes. L'emplacement est idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer, on le voit dès la sortie du métro.

It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home.
The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation.
As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to.
In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

L'équipe de garde de la maison avait entrer dans ma chambre 2 fois dans les 4 jours de mon séjour.

La première fois que j'ai entrer, j'avais fait le point avec l'hôtel. La réponse initiale était que la carte de non-sympathie pourrait être «déplacement» quand j'ai ouvert la porte pour sortir. Sur ce point, la lumière sans perturbation était également sur elle même si elles avaient fauxment affirmé que la carte était déplacée.
L'hôtel a répondu : « Oh non, ils doivent de entrer dans la chambre pour préparer la chambre ».
Encore une fois, quelle est la finalité pour eux d'entrer dans la chambre sans mon consentement et mon présent ? Je me suis interrogé en exprimant cela peut être une erreur imparfaite que je ne veux plus jamais faire à personne, puis j'ai quitté la scène et la laisse comme il est.
Le lendemain, j'étais frustré et je me suis remis en question. 2 heures plus tard, ils se sont rendus dans ma chambre, et m'ont informé que «du fait que vous restez seul avec aucun compagnon, c'est la politique de l'hôtel de me vérifier pour s'assurer que je suis sûr »
Vraiment ? tes-vous sérieux ? C'est ce qu'ils m'ont répondu de l'affaire. Numéro 1, si c'est la raison, pourquoi ne me disent-ils pas la première fois qu'il s'est produit. Le numéro 2 m'a clairement dit que je ne voulais pas être perturbé et qu'il n'a pas été respecté.
La longue histoire est courte, je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel, ni ne recommanderai à personne.
