On the way back from Alishan and stay one night here. Kids love this hotel with free snacks at level 7. There also a toddlers room and boardgames room at B1. Breakfast is delicious come with many local specialties. Beef soup is good. Hotel also has supper offer at TWD 250 per pax. The food is good as well. I like the fish fillet.

Superb location, located just opposite the TRA especially if you are looking to travel to Alishan and coming in from other county. The place is clean and the rooms are big. Breakfast has vegetarian options even though not much, but enough to fill you up. Substantial options for a local ********* breakfast. The front counter staff was also friendly and helpful ☺️

Nous avons réservé deux chambres doubles et avons été directement surclassés gratuitement en deux chambres quadruples à notre arrivée. L'hôtel était globalement propre, mais j'ai constaté que les serviettes de bain usagées n'avaient pas été rangées dans le placard, je l'ai signalé au service client. et ils s'en sont occupés activement. Il y avait beaucoup d'eau dans la salle de douche, l'eau chaude était disponible rapidement et la baignade était très confortable. Il y a des marchés nocturnes et des grands magasins à proximité de l'hôtel, ainsi que du Huiyi Lifestyle Village. ce qui est idéal pour faire du shopping.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes. J'aime l'espace au dernier étage. Le design de la chambre est très spécial. Le personnel de la réception est sympathique, mais l'isolation phonique l'affectera inévitablement, il est donc recommandé de porter des bouchons d'oreilles si vous en avez besoin. un espace complètement calme.

L'hôtel est un peu déshabillé dans son ensemble, mais le prix est toujours élevé pour le CP. Il y a beaucoup de types de petit déjeuner. Mais le service du personnel de la salle est globalement froid. Si le parking est mécanique + plan, il n'y a pas beaucoup de places. La position est un peu loin de la gare de Lijiang, il est recommandé de conduire de nouveau.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il est proche de la gare, étant venu spécialement pour assister au Festival des fanfares de Chiayi.
La chambre était correcte, mais le lit était très confortable. Je me suis endormi vers 22h et ne me suis réveillé qu'à 7h le lendemain matin – huit heures de sommeil bien méritées.
L'insonorisation laissait à désirer : j'entendais constamment des bruits mécaniques et la pression de l'eau fluctuait sous la douche 😅. Mais pour une seule nuit, c'était acceptable.
Le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais les toasts et les brioches vapeur, faits maison par le restaurant de l'hôtel, étaient plutôt bons.
Ce jour-là, on nous a même offert une tranche de melon ! Le service était donc très appréciable.

Pendant le petit déjeuner, les légumes, les protéines, les fruits et les oignons devraient être tous (seulement une machine de café très simple, seulement attendre et américaine) 
Très recommandé que l'hôtel puisse  financer le petit déjeuner dans le magasin d'hôtel, et faire baisser le prix de la maison 😆😆

IIvy_OhIl y a une salle de bains au 8e étage avec 2 lavabos et 2 sèche-linge. Vous pouvez obtenir le détergent gratuit de la lobby mais aussi le lave-vaisselle et le sèche-cheveux doivent payer : NT50 pour le lave-vaisselle et NT50 pour le sèche-cheveux.

L'hôtel se trouve au 10e étage, mais l'ascenseur est un peu lent.
L'immeuble est un peu ancien, mais l'intérieur a été bien rénové et est propre.
Des équipements de base tels qu'une fontaine à eau et une consigne à bagages sont disponibles. On trouve toutes les commodités nécessaires dans les environs.

However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

Mais je veux mettre en évidence, le personnel du bureau frontal et être plus aimable et utile. Ils peuvent étendre leur connaissance générale des lieux d'attraction à Chaiyi ou Alishan.

Ambiance générale agréable. 6ème étage aménagé en espace commun avec espace cuisine, salle de repas et terrasse. Mais aucun snacks disponibles.
Qualité de la chambre très médiocre, avec peinture décrépie. Qualité de literie épouvantable, avec des matelas pas plus épais qu'un matelas de camping, posés sur des planches de bois.
Propreté des couettes exécrable : le drap de la couette était propre, mais la couette noire de crasse. N'a sûrement jamais été lavée.
Pas de serviettes de bain fournies, à moins d'en louer.
Installation hasardeuse dans la salle bain, avec un sèche cheveux fixe au mur, qu'on est obligé d'utiliser avec les pieds mouillés puisque la douche mouille toute la salle de bain, ce qui, en cas de défaillance électrique, peut causer des situations fatales.
Le monte charge est très bruyant et dérangeant pour les chambres situées juste à côté.
Rapport qualité-prix qui ne présente aucune plus-value. Hôtel nettement plus confortable pour quelques euros supplementaires au bout de la rue.

TTseng CindyLe lit king-size et la baignoire étaient d'un confort exceptionnel ! La chambre était spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner copieux. On nous a même offert du vin rouge, des boissons, des biscuits, des pastilles pour la gorge, du shampoing et un flacon entier de gel douche. On nous a également donné des Tom's Coins, qui nous ont permis d'accéder directement au grand magasin. C'est sans aucun doute mon premier choix pour un prochain séjour à Chiayi ! 👍

MMatejHI chose An Lan Jie Hotel primarily for its location, and it did not disappoint. It's literally a 3-5 minute walk from Chiayi Train Station and the bus pick-up point for Alishan . If you're planning an early morning trip up the mountain, you simply cannot beat this convenience. There's also a Family Mart right across the street and plenty of local eateries nearby .
The staff were a highlight—genuinely friendly, helpful, and spoke good English . They provided clear instructions for self-check-in (the whole place uses digital door codes, so you don't need to worry about losing a key card) .
I stayed in a private room, which was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The common area on the 14th floor is a real bonus—it's beautifully decorated, has a great city view, and offers free tea and coffee for guests . The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well .
A few small things to note: the bathrooms are functional but can be a bit compact [7]. Also, be aware that towels aren't provided (you can rent one for a small fee), so you might want to bring your own .
Overall, this is a fantastic, budget-friendly option for solo travelers or couples who prioritize location and cleanliness. It’s the perfect base for exploring Chiayi and catching that first bus to Alishan. I would definitely stay here again.

IInvitéLe ratio de caractères est élevé. Besoin de réserver une chambre temporairement. La pièce a suffisamment d'espace et le climatiseur est suffisamment froid. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Il existe de nombreux endroits pour manger à proximité. épicerie. Il faut environ 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le marché nocturne.

- Very good location by the station.
- Clean bed linen and towels.
Negatives:
- when we entered the room a cockroach ran across the floor.
- the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all on the 4th floor, despite two WiFi networks connecting, you couldn’t load any internet pages.
- there was only one bottle of water and one bath towel even though the room was for two people. When we asked reception, they told us to get another towel from the trolley in the hallway.
- no one came in to make up the room (stayed two nights)
- no hand soap in the bathroom (I understand the Taiwan policy on plastic usage but they supply body wash in a bottle so surely you can supply hand soap in a bottle too)
- very hot in the room - no aircon only a fan (our mistake we didn’t see that when booking)
- generally quite dirty (dirty floors, bathroom walls had mould and cracks in it, sink was stained dirty)
- no shower curtain or panel in the bath so the room got wet when showering
- reception staff were indifferent
- expensive for what it is - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
