Je ne veux pas vraiment quitter le camp.
Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon.
C'est le petit déjeuner de Louisa.
Le restaurant du 7e étage est également très confortable.
Il y a des cafés à manger.
Et des sacs de tous types.
Il y a aussi un grand vent Dyson dans la chambre.
Tu peux vivre ici, plus confortable que chez toi.

It was a pleasant stay and a comfortable room - despite seeing reviews saying rooms are old or small, but mine was pretty spacious for one. BUT have a bad experience as I check out. So there is perpetually no one at reception throughout my stay. All good until check-out time, when I dropped my room card after leaving the room somewhere to the lift area (probably dropped while I am moving luggage). The staff who just report to work at 8.30am happen to come in and insist I have to pay a fine of NT500 before I can leave. My Uber has arrived and I am rushing off and unable to check in detail, but it is obvious I just lost it cos I just left my room. But I’m told I cannot leave unless I pay up. And so I did. Totally unempathetic and made me feel uncomfortable being held hostage and unable to leave. I sent an email later to enquire and sure enough, they easily found my card. They offered to refund if I send my full credit card info (include security pin) but I decided I do not want to risk this.

I think I paid for exactly what I got. It’s close to the night market, but the location is a bit hard to find. There was a comfortable bed and a fridge. I got a bathroom with hot water, so it’s not bad. The staff were very kind to me also.

CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all.
The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing?
The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room.
On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before.
It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well?
Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me.
It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again

CCecilia PorC'est ma 3ème fois que je suis ici. Très proche de la gare et de la cour alimentaire près. La chambre est propre mais assez petite et limitée si vous avez plus de bagages. Cependant, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et il est plus sain pendant notre séjour cette round. Le personnel de service est très poli et courtois à tout moment. Le personnel de réception a même le record que j'ai séjourné avant. Il y a aussi une zone d'attente avec sièges et tables pour les invités avec musique relaxante qui sont joués. Une petite zone pour les enfants plus jeunes. Une bonne option pour l'hébergement de l'hôtel si vous envisagez de visiter Taichung.

等我回神需要那個提包
服務人員說要從房間幫我領出（我們還不能進房間）
但我有一件隨身的提包是小孩的日用品
剛好小孩要上廁所
所以我們在大廳等了那個提包等了將近20分鐘
其餘的硬體設施
迎賓的茶水實在簡陋
房間窗景的玻璃有大面水漬（本來以為是起霧）
住房樓下的景緻有一區是雜草+看似荒廢的青苔區
感覺整個飯店最花心思的就是園藝
不太明白為何會有這區？落差很大
在所有餐點費用都是另計的前提下
真的沒有價格上的價值
食物的部分很可以
洗衣是加分的
所有服務人員接待也都很友善
如果房價下修，會考慮再訪
但如果維持此價格、此設施
不會再訪

TTan Kim WhattBest hotel we stayed since our Taiwan trip. Was upgraded to a huge room and it exceeded our expectation. Every things was explained to us patiently during our check in. It was all within walking distance to 2nd market, Miyahara and night market. Will definitely stay again in Taichung if we ever return.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

J'ai seulement voyage en bus quand je suis resté à Taichung et il était si confortable. Même si ma chambre n'est pas spacieuse, il est propre et confortable de rester. Le réservoir est situé à proximité du lift et le personnel de l'hôtel est très bien.

Rreg333excellent service by all staff; all smiley and ready to help. the free meals were such a bonus and god sent as some days we got too busy with our itinerary and didn’t have time to eat so we would go back to hotel for supper. although the menu was the same everyday, we didn’t mind as the quality was quite decent and there were varieties. the water pressure was the best! bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, smart tv, quick resolution service by technicians when we couldn’t connect to the room wifi. overall would recommend! there’s also a massage service with discount for room guests; quite mediocre but for the price ok la.

MM2gcp64tu****Le personnel de la réception avait des connaissances limitées sur les restaurants, les hébergements et les transports environnants, et n'a pas pu me faire de bonnes recommandations. Je suggère que l'hôtel imprime des dépliants et des informations sur les attractions touristiques, comme la façon d'aller au Lac du Soleil et de la Lune (avec l'adresse exacte pour acheter les billets et les horaires de départ) et des informations sur les sites touristiques de la ville. J'espère qu'ils seront disponibles en chinois et en anglais.
L'hôtel est un peu trop strict et rigide sur l'heure d'enregistrement. Ils préfèrent laisser les clients attendre plus d'une heure sur le canapé à la réception par temps venteux, juste pour maintenir l'heure d'enregistrement à 16h00. Personnellement, je trouve que ce n'est pas très humain.
