Le niveau 12 est juste en dessous de la zone de petit déjeuner, et le bruit du matin était vraiment perturbant, il pouvait entendre les enfants courant et les meubles en train de tirer sans arrêt. Je ne pouvais pas continuer à dormir et j'ai dû demander un changement de chambre juste après.
La chambre a été réservée pour une vue de jardin, mais malheureusement la vue était bloquée par l'extérieur de l'immeuble, tout à fait pas comme décrit.

L'expérience globale de cet hôtel est super! L'installation globale de l'hôtel est très nouvelle, la décoration est simple et confortable, la chambre est propre et propre, pas de goût, les produits de lit sont également très confortables et la personne vit très tranquille. L'attitude du personnel de la réception et du service est chaleureuse et attentive, les besoins peuvent être répondus en temps utile et le service est très intime. La position géographique est excellente, le voyage est pratique, les accessoires environnants sont également très complets, que ce soit le jeu de voyage ou le bureau sont très confortables. A gorgeous hotel at an unbeatable price in the middle of the city. We got an upgrade to a suite which was fabulous. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable.
The staff is motivated and helpful, especially the two young men working at the concierge desk. They helped us if useful travel tips.
The restaurant at the 1st floor serves traditional Chinese food and is popular among local guests. They even have some traditional singers performing. The breakfast buffet is more designed for local Chinese guests, but some Western breakfast items and and good selection of fruits was available.
Around the hotel are many restaurants and there is a shopping mile nearby.

L'hôtel est ancien mais la situation est proche de la gare. Quelques bonnes boutiques à proximité. La première nuit, un homme a rencontré un personnel à la réception qui refusait d'aider à transférer de l'argent à une livraison. Le 2ème jour a réussi à demander à une femme qui nous a aidé avec plaisir à recevoir la livraison et à payer.

IInvitéC'était mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Phoenix lors de mon escale à Nanning. L'endroit était toujours aussi agréable, et l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la place Chaoyang, avec de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel était accueillant ; ils m'ont appelé pour confirmer mon arrivée et Xiao Huang m'a rappelé après mon départ. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une bonne expérience. Si je reviens à Nanning et que je n'ai pas d'autre choix, je retournerai sans hésiter à l'hôtel Phoenix.

IInvitéUpgraded us to a higher floor with an amazing 180° panaromic view, which was truly our highlight ! Nice spacious bathroom with good amenities. The portion of room service was generous and enjoyable.
The front desk was professional and super helpful in taking care of all our needs.
Though the furnishing of the room is a bit worn out but it was clean and didn't affect our stay at all.
Enjoy our stay, and we will consider staying here if we visit Nanning again

La vue sur la rivière est très confortable. Descendez le soir pour observer les oncles qui se baignent et pêchent en hiver. La brise de la rivière est très agréable. 3. Le propriétaire est très attentionné. La literie est confortable. Les détails de décoration, comme le design des bandes lumineuses, sont soignés. Toute la maison est dotée d'une technologie de pointe avec commande vocale. Les toilettes sont toutes intelligentes et équipées de serviettes hygiéniques jetables. Même les gobelets en papier jetables sont scellés. Ces détails sont rares et témoignent de leur grande attention. Le propriétaire a également fourni des bouchons d'oreilles jetables, et le bar contre le mur est également très utile. Les articles de toilette sont sélectionnés parmi les marques de supermarché, et non parmi les marques de produits divers en gros. 4. L'hygiène est soignée. Les serpillières et les chiffons utilisés pour le nettoyage de la salle de bain semblent relativement propres. Il n'y a pas de poussière dans la pièce. Il n'y a aucune odeur dans le micro-ondes. Il est très propre. Même s'il n'a pas été utilisé, il a l'air rassurant. Je le recommande vivement !

ZZhenbo1. Le service est très satisfaisant. Lorsque vous entrez dans le hall avec votre valise, un serveur s'avancera immédiatement pour vous aider à porter la valise. Il a également dit qu'il n'était pas pratique pour vous de transporter autant de choses avec deux enfants, alors je l'ai fait. je le ferai pour vous.
2. La chambre que j'ai réservée dispose d'un vestiaire indépendant, ce qui est très pratique pour ranger les bagages.
3. Il y a une baignoire, une salle de douche séparée et des toilettes séparées, spacieuses et confortables.
4. Dans le processus de nettoyage, une autre personne dédiée est chargée de vérifier les coins hygiéniques de la chambre, afin de fournir à chaque client l'environnement le plus propre et hygiénique.
5. Les détails généraux du service sont en place et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est également très copieux. La prochaine fois que j'irai à Nanning, cet hôtel sera mon premier choix.

IInvitéThis hotel needs an update. The triple/family room is actually a twin with an extra bed. As such this extra bed does not have conveniently located power points or USB ports that the other two beds have access to.
The elevators are placed on two ends of the A and B building, with the lobby being more closely and easily accessed via building A, whereas the building B access to the main lobby (and indeed anywhere, except the back carpark), requires going down stairs.
The property is advertised with a ”hello” icon as having experience with English speaking tourists, however, I found this to be inaccurate but the employees were patient and tolerated my half-assed Mandarin.
Dining options are all located in Fortune Tower located near the Building B elevators (requiring use of stairs). We opted to try the buffet breakfast. While there is variety, considering the quality of cooking, I find the price of the buffet high. The dim sum restaurant on the 4th floor is quite good, but may perhaps be deemed crude if you compare it to the finesse of some Hong Kong dim sum places. However, for the price/quality ratio, we found it quite good. At the time we visited, they offered a Zhuang tea free, but it was also offered at the buffet hall with even more topping options. There is also some sort of food court on level 2, but we didn't have time to check it out.
Even though it is near the hustle and bustle of big shopping malls, once you enter the vicinity of the hotel, the noise of the crowd melts away.
One is likely to turn right or go straight from the property to the shiny malls, but we found heading out to the street on the left via the back carpark was a bit more localised. Loads of mobile phone repair shops, a camping store, and eateries that cater more to locals.
A twenty minute walk takes you to the riverside. At 7pm, the lights on buildings and bridges come on. The park offers a pleasant wak, but not all the lights work and it can get quite dark.
The other streets eg 3 streets. 2 alleys, were too touristy for my liking. Did not even bother with Zhongshan.
The biggest plus is the property's location. I would only recommend Nanning Hotel for the convenience. If other factors are important to you, then you'd probably be better somewhere else.

XxwhmmJ'ai choisi cet hôtel sur la plateforme. Le parking est pratique, il est proche du centre-ville, les chambres sont propres et bien rangées, les équipements sont complets, l'environnement est calme et confortable. Les nouilles du petit-déjeuner étaient délicieuses, le service à la réception est amical et le personnel est très attentionné. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Nanning, je réserverai à nouveau.
(Le parking au niveau du sol est un peu étroit pour sortir, vous pouvez choisir de vous garer au sous-sol.)

IInvitéWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

SShenshimiaoiIl n'y a pas de problème majeur, si le bébé est un repos, mais si le voyage est à jouer ou un séjour de longue durée, le service est complet, les installations de télévision sont ouvertes sans réponse, les bougies et les pistolets à eau haute pression sont presque presque tous les endroits satisfaits, l'unique endroit satisfait est le climatisation et l'espace de chambre.
