L'environnement est agréable. Le service de l'hôtel est excellent, les réceptionnistes sont chaleureux et courtois. Lors de l'enregistrement, ils nous ont offert de l'eau et du thé, et nous ont informés d'un surclassement de chambre. Des cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ nous ont été offerts. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est copieux et varié. L'hôtel propose également des services spéciaux comme le thé de l'après-midi pour deux et un bol de nouilles tard le soir pour deux. Je suis très satisfait de cet hôtel. Merci à l'hôtel d'offrir de si bonnes conditions et un si bon service à ses clients.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Excellent établissement. Le deuxième séjour ne fait que confirmer le premier. Chambre claire, agréable et fonctionnelle. Rien de superflu, tout en assurant pleinement l'essentiel. Personnel attentif et attentionné. À proximité directe de Tengwangge, le pavillon du prince Teng.

Très bon hôtel. L'emplacement et les équipements étaient excellents.

Super amour de la localisation et du service de l'hôtel. 3-5min marche de la rue de la nourriture. Il y a aussi un magasin shao kao à côté de la porte. Le personnel était vraiment aimable de recommander de la nourriture autour. Notez que l'hôtel est situé dans la rue et le taxi ne pouvait pas vous arrêter directement Infront l'hôtel, mais juste à une courte promenade de 30 secondes. Nous aimons l'hôtel si beaucoup que nous avons une meilleure chambre et nous avons prolongé notre séjour. Très recommandé!

Le service de l'hôtel était excellent ; j'ai été surclassé dans une chambre plus spacieuse et très calme. Le prix était très intéressant.
