Hôtels près de Temple de Nantian, Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

L'emplacement est super pratique, la maison est propre et la vue est imbattable et le rapport qualité/prix est super élevé. Il y a aussi de bons salons de massage et des salons de coupons à proximité. La nourriture est également bonne, aussi bien pour les gens ordinaires que pour les gens haut de gamme.

Le personnel était très accueillant, la nourriture excellente et les installations irréprochables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter, mais une journée était trop courte ; je recommanderais plutôt un séjour de trois jours et deux nuits. Je suggère de proposer plus souvent des réductions pour réservation anticipée ! De plus, la mise en place d'une navette gratuite entre la gare routière de Guguan et l'hôtel serait plus pratique et encouragerait les clients à s'y rendre.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre, et le personnel est sympathique. Le parking est un parking mécanique souterrain, ce qui n'est pas difficile à garer, mais le petit déjeuner est relativement médiocre, ce qui est dommage.

La chambre est telle que décrite et montrée sur les photos. J'ai donné un 4 pour la propreté comme la première nuit, j'ai trouvé des cheveux sur le lit et un trou sur le toile de bain. J'ai signalé au personnel via LINE (à Taïwan ils utilisent principalement LINE pour communiquer). Ils ont pris des mesures et ont offert de changer les lits et de nettoyer la chambre. Il y a un bain chaud et l'eau chaude est disponible. La location de l'hôtel est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Taichung. Si vous transportez des bagages importants, vous devez prendre un Uber. Il est proche de la rue un Mitte (yizhong Street) où vous pouvez trouver de nombreux magasins, nourriture, etc. De l'hôtel, coupant le parc de voiture ouvert, vous serez dans la zone de shopping. En tant que voyageur solitaire féminin, au début j'étais un peu inquiet de la localisation de l'hôtel. L'entrée à l'hôtel est dans une rue, près d'un bar bistro. Vous avez besoin de la carte d'accès pour entrer dans l'hôtel, juste s'assurer qu'elle est fermée après l'entrée. Le bureau frontal ne fonctionne que de 11 h à 10 h 30. Il y a un numéro de ligne d'urgence pour appeler le service après-heure. L'utilisation de LINE pour communiquer avec eux est facile. Il y a un café près de l'hôtel où vous pouvez avoir un petit déjeuner avec un rabais en affichant votre carte de chambre. Si vous voulez voyager dans des endroits, il y a beaucoup de bus. Si non, il est facile d'obtenir Uber. Pour la première fois, le voyageur à Taichung ne saura pas que le papier toilette ne peut être jeté dans la cuillère, il est donc bon d'avoir un signe pour le montrer. Le personnel est très aimable et très aimable.

great service from front desk! not so nice breakfast and there’s no hotel lobby. Nice spacious room and bathroom! will book again but i hope they improve the fitness gym or breakfast selections

Stayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

I like the ambiance at the hotel, the smell as soon as you walk in the door, the room is clean and fragrant and comfortable.

Families avec enfants et personnes âgées 2 lits doubles quadruples. La chambre est propre, lit is.comfortable. les enfants sont heureux avec le jacuzzi. La location n'est pas confortable mais.they.fournir des services de navette au marché de la nuit Feng Jia et à partir de. En général, c'est un bon séjour.

Hôtel hautement recommandé ; j'y séjourne chaque semaine lors de mes visites à Taichung ! Très confortable et pratique.
