The hotel location is great, it’s a 10 min walk to most restaurants and shops and what is more it’s only a 10 mins walk to the beach number 4. Beware you only can surf on that beach, but you can take a bus that takes you to beach number 3 only for 5 kuai or walk there yourself, it takes around 10-15 mins walk from beach number 4. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, the room is big and specious, has a great shower. Would love to come again.

Le plafond de la famille d'accueil. J'ai toujours résisté aux familles d'accueil, et toujours senti que l'hygiène n'était pas bonne.Cette fois je suis venu à Pinellia, ce qui a vraiment renversé mon opinion. L'attitude de service du personnel est très très sympathique et un parking est disponible à la porte. La plage de Xichong est très propre et belle, et il y a des bars au bord de la mer, où vous pourrez prendre un verre le soir. A notre départ, nous avons pris rendez-vous, et nous y retournerons en août.

Un voyage très agréable, le patron craint que nous ne puissions trouver un emplacement, sortir devant nous pour nous prendre et nous emmener au parking gratuit. Le patron a également un très bon serviteur très enthousiaste, aider à gérer le bon séjour et a donné beaucoup de conseils de jeu vraiment très chaud, l'environnement de la chambre est également très bon, propre, l'assainissement propre, le jardin est très grand, il ya des machines à jeu, la table, les installations sont complètes, Il est également très calme et très calme à proximité. Deuxièmement, l'initiative a donné une bonne chambre; 2. 位置距離沙灘還算近，環境衛生很理想。簡單民宿類型，乾淨。我們因想兩間房間希望換房，老闆也即時換給我們。但有點不夠熱水，還好夏天唯有沖冷水。老闆人很好，還讓我們唱KTV, 借我們水泡😂。
最後想說這次旅行主要玩沙漠，但這個沙漠收費進入，卻滿地垃圾無人清理，沙灘上沖涼都要付款，吃相有點難看，應該不會再去囉。

IInvitéLa chambre, orientée nord, offre une vue imprenable sur la ville et le Civic Center, avec en prime une superbe vue nocturne sur le plus haut gratte-ciel de Shenzhen. L'hôtel offre des bons pour le souper, la variété n'est pas énorme mais il y a des dim sum, du porridge, des nouilles sautées, des fruits, etc. Un bon point ! Surtout, l'hôtel est super bien situé, avec trois entrées de métro juste devant, dont la sortie C de la ligne 7 (Huanggang Village) avec des escalators, très pratique. Et le quartier de Huanggang Village regorge de restaurants, avec plein d'options pour manger sur place ou à emporter.

PPatananikongxianshejianSitué à côté de l'avenue Shennan, l'hôtel est très bien desservi. La chambre est spacieuse, environ 40 m², et entièrement équipée. Le gel douche et le lait corporel sentent très bon. La pression et la température de l'eau de la douche sont excellentes. La chambre était très calme dans l'ensemble, et malgré un chantier de construction à proximité, cela n'a absolument pas affecté notre repos. Depuis le coin de la chambre, on pouvait apercevoir un bout de l'avenue Shennan. Le petit-déjeuner était également copieux, avec une petite surprise : après le petit-déjeuner, il y avait des gâteaux glacés Dehua, ce que mon enfant a beaucoup apprécié. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été très bonne.

La piscine extérieure de l'hôtel est probablement la plus belle de Shenzhen, surtout au crépuscule lorsque les lumières sont vives... vous pourrez mieux apprécier la prospérité et la vitalité de cette zone spéciale... ce moment est inoubliable... !
Je me souviens qu'après avoir nagé ce jour-là, un responsable de service nommé Spenser a pris l'initiative de me demander mon avis sur l'hôtel, et j'ai donné quelques retours... De là, on voit que les employés à tous les niveaux de l'hôtel sont positif, en quête d'excellence et en quête de progrès...

Wwooof wooofJ'adore cet hôtel Mandarin calme ! La circulation des pièces est bien conçue et la vue des fenêtres est agréable. Beaucoup plus texturé que sur les photos promotionnelles. La chambre d'amis est très, très calme la nuit. Ayant le sommeil léger, j'ai très bien dormi la nuit. Le professionnalisme de la conciergerie et de la réception est de premier ordre. Le service d'entretien ménager a préparé des oreillers en latex et des oreillers en sarrasin après avoir appelé à l'avance. On peut dire que c'est l'un des modèles de l'hôtellerie de luxe !
Avant de partir, le personnel a présenté à notre demande la piscine, la salle de sport et le spa sur réservation uniquement. Ils étaient privés et offraient un bon environnement.
La partie petit-déjeuner était tout à fait satisfaisante (la paille en papier pour boire de la noix de coco s'est cassée à l'intérieur avant que j'aie fini de la boire😅... mais le service et l'environnement du restaurant chinois Dongwan étaient parfaits.
Le bar MO vaut le détour ! Vous pouvez surplomber la baie de Shenzhen.
On dit que l'étage exécutif a une vue très intéressante sur le tarmac. Je l'essaierai la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Shenzhen.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
