Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better.

L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de tout, à quelques pas du métro, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et à 10 minutes à pied de Provenza. Un grand supermarché est facilement accessible, où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris des vêtements de marques colombiennes. Ils sont très serviables et vous aident pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons organisé une excursion à Guatapé avec eux, comme ils l'avaient suggéré, et ce fut une expérience vraiment agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Nous n'avions pas de carte de métro et ils nous l'ont empruntée pendant tout notre séjour à l'hôtel. Ils nous ont expliqué où aller, les horaires, etc. Un plan de métro est affiché au mur, ce qui permet de visualiser facilement tous les sites touristiques de Medellin. L'endroit est très propre. Je suis très satisfait et je reviendrai certainement à Medellin.

Super endroit ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, la vue était magnifique et la chambre était grande et confortable.

La position est grande. Le petit déjeuner est très mauvais, les fruits ne sont pas frais et ne sont pas gérés. Le prix augmente beaucoup lorsque la plateforme est réservée après avoir passé la réception. 130000 Dans une nuit. L'explication de ces derniers est la somme qu'ils déterminent. Il est inconnu, enfin, de choisir d'attendre. Après quelques heures de travail, la dame a quitté le travail pour trouver un homme pour se loger. Pas de hausse du prix.

Good hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

I hate this hotel. Battleship Grey bare concrete walls it's NOT HIP ITS CHEAP. TINY ROOMS NO CLOSED STORAGE DO ITS LIKE YOUR CAMPING. NO CHAIR IN THE ROOM AS ITS SO SMALL. STUPID SINK IN ENTRANCE TO ROOM NOWHERE TO PUT TOILETRIES LAST TIME I STAYED FARANDA NOT MUCH PRICE DIFFERENCE ROOMS 3 TIMES THE SIZE LUXURY BATHROOM HUGE COUNTER space HUGE SHOWER AVOID this hotel it's basic

The service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.
