Comme c'était juste une occasion de dormir, il n'y a pas de grand sens pour évaluer le service ou d'autres installations. Mais la raison pour laquelle j'ai donné 1 point est que j'ai arrivé tard la nuit, et quand j'étais fatigué, j'ai pris rapidement une douche et j'étais en train de dormir, quand j'ai réalisé qu'aucune serviette n'avait été fournie. Il est vrai que j'ai découvert plus tard que l'hôtel recommande la terre sauvegarde en relation avec le lavage des serviettes. Le ménage a été très bien placé pour le service de la maison, mais il a été très bien placé pour le service de la maison.

Beautiful hotel, especially during Christmas time. There was a pianist in the lobby which was a nice touch. Receptionists extremely helpful offering valet parking, to take your luggage up to your room for you abd a welcome drink Food in their à la carte restaurants also really good. The spa was open but with some construction work and builders around as well.

L'apparence de l'hôtel est très grande, c'est un hôtel de villégiature, à une certaine distance de la ville, il est plus pratique de conduire en voiture. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et de nombreux saunas, vous pourrez donc y passer un après-midi. L'une des piscines peut également nager nue. De nombreux hommes d'âge moyen sautent dans la piscine naturiste, et il y a aussi des vieilles dames. Les jeunes choisissent généralement de marcher tranquillement.

Nous avons réservé une chambre Deluxe, qui était en fait la catégorie la plus faible de chambres de cet hôtel. Je me suis rendu compte que sur chaque étage, seuls deux chambres ne sont pas confrontées à la belle place qui était la raison principale pour laquelle j'ai choisi cet hôtel au premier rang. The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

L'hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée, mais on nous a dit que nous logerions à l'hôtel du congrès voisin, près d'OREA. Hôtel charmant et très moderne. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable !

The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back.
