Hôtels près de Cathédrale de Ratisbonne, Ratisbonne

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

Nice clean hotel, comfortable bed and pillow, thick fluffy duvet, decent amenities, quiet neighborhood.

Wir wurden äußerst zuvorkommend empfangen und auch sonst war der Service herausragend gut. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Wenn wir nochmal nach Regensburg kommen, dann werden wir unbedingt wieder kommen. Ansonsten zu bemerken : es gibt eine Tiefgarage und weiteren Parkmogkichkeiten, incl Ladestationen für E-Autos. Ein Lift ist vorhanden, Sitzmoglichkeiten (besonders für Raucher interessant) im Außenbereich, alles tiptop sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im ACHAT Hotel Regensburg sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel – perfekt für uns mit Baby. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L'hôtel est situé à l'extérieur de la ville et conduit à la vieille ville environ 12 minutes. La chambre est propre et la surface est grande. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, car il est membre de la carte diamantaire BW, l'hôtel est également exempt de frais de stationnement. En particulier, les fleurs sont très fortes et cela est important pour le bain.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

La chambre est très petite, il n'y a pas de bouilloire à l'eau. Je suis arrivé à 10 h 30, il n'y a pas de réception, il faut s'occuper de la résidence. Sans lettre de confirmation de l'hôtel, le numéro d'ordre n'est pas perdu. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sorti plus tard, après avoir été confirmé, il a donné le numéro d'ordre correct et l'auto-assistance a réussi à gérer.

Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.

Bed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.  However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.) For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
