Le service et la prise en charge que j'ai reçus des suites de la vieille ville de Quito est le meilleur que j'ai jamais reçu pour tous les hôtels que j'ai séjournés. Mon vol est arrivé à Quito le matin à 6h40, j'ai été à l'hôtel à 7h40, l'agent de la frontière d'hôtel Francisco a pris mes bagages, me donna une corde de puissance pour charger mon téléphone, et même m'a donné un délicieux petit-déjeuner. J'ai senti que j'ai été accueilli dans ma nouvelle maison à Quito. L'hôtel vous offre du lait, du yogurt, du pain, du jus, du fromage, des œufs, du ham, des légumes et des fruits pour vous faire un petit déjeuner ou pour vous faire un petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est très bien situé et vous pourrez aller à l'ancienne ville.

L'hôtel est très standard, très haut de l'aéroport de Quito. Vous avez besoin d'un transbordeur pour arriver à l'hôtel de l'aéroport, mais l'hôtel dispose d'un service de transbordement autour de l'heure. Si nous avions pu rester plus longtemps :)

入住厄瓜多爾基多的超級星酒店，絕對是這次旅行最明智的選擇之一！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到酒店的用心——挑高的空間搭配暖色調燈光，牆上掛着當地藝術家的油畫，巧妙融合了現代設計與安第斯文化元素，瞬間讓人對這座高原首都多了份親切感。 預訂的景觀房超乎預期，推開窗就是基多老城區的紅頂建築羣，遠處的皮欽查火山在雲霧中若隱若現，清晨拉開窗簾就能收穫一幅流動的自然畫卷。房間裏設施齊全，智能電視能連接手機投屏，熱水壺、迷你冰箱等細節滿足了長途旅行的需求，床品更是柔軟得讓人沾床就睡，完全抵消了高原旅行的疲憊。 最驚喜的是酒店的服務。前台小姐姐英語流利，不僅快速辦理完入住，還主動送上了基多地圖，用熒光筆標出必去的教堂、市場和觀景台，甚至細心提醒高原反應的注意事項。每天出門時，門僮都會熱情打招呼，還會根據天氣推薦穿搭，這種被重視的感覺太暖心了。 早餐種類不算海量，但勝在精緻。現做的厄瓜多爾傳統早餐“霍爾維喬”（玉米餅配奶酪和煎蛋）香氣撲鼻，搭配本地產的香蕉果醬，酸甜清爽；果汁吧的百香果鮮榨果汁和藍莓奶昔，用料紮實到能嚐到果粒。傍晚回來時，大堂吧還提供免費的熱可可，喝一口暖到心裏，配上窗外漸暗的街景，格外愜意。 地理位置也很加分，步行15分鐘就能到基多老城區（聯合國世界遺產），去聖弗朗西斯科教堂、獨立廣場都很方便，周邊還有24小時營業的超市和性價比高的當地餐廳。 總的來説，超級星酒店用舒適的住宿、貼心的服務和便捷的位置，為我的基多之行畫上了完美的句號。如果下次再來這座“赤道上的城市”，這裏一定會是我的首選！

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий. Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

The hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!
