Hôtels près de Musée Chillida-Leku, Saint-Sébastien

La chambre était très belle, avec une atmosphère haut de gamme, et un champagne de bienvenue était offert. Le service de la réception est enthousiaste, aidant à réserver des restaurants et fournissant diverses informations. C'est un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de grand miroir dans la pièce, donc je ne peux pas regarder tout mon corps. Je ne sais pas comment les célébrités réagiraient si elles essayaient des vêtements sans miroir en pied lors de leur séjour.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Service impeccable. On peut rejoindre tous les sites touristiques en un rien de temps.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

La chambre est confortable, le café et le thé sont disponibles, tout est propre. La seule difficulté qui pourrait être c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de bain pour tous les invités. La pension est dans la vieille partie de San Sebastian, donc visiter les plus pittoresques est facile, tout comme visiter les villages voisins. La cuisine locale est excellente. Je recommande vivement cette pension, une excellente valeur pour votre argent.

J’ai vraiment rien à redire, tout était parfait, les hôtesses d’accueils sont adorables et l’hôtel est très sympas !!
