Quel hôtel formidable ! Nous avons été époustouflés par la perfection de notre séjour. Le personnel est toujours serviable, agréable et professionnel. La chambre est magnifique, avec un grand lit double, plus que suffisant pour nous. La salle de bain est spacieuse et spacieuse, avec une baignoire et une douche spacieuses, avec une pression d'eau exceptionnelle. Emplacement : Bilbao est l'une des villes les plus accessibles à pied, mais l'hôtel est juste au bord de la rivière, à 10 minutes du musée Guggenheim et à 5 minutes de la vieille ville. Petit-déjeuner : Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner à plusieurs reprises et les haricots et les œufs étaient mon plat préféré. Les œufs étaient mauvais lors de la première visite, mais lors de la deuxième, ils étaient bien meilleurs. Le bacon et les viennoiseries étaient savoureux et le fromage frais aux herbes était un régal. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. Vous ne serez pas déçus par votre séjour.

Excellent emplacement... vue sur l'estuaire. A la réception, ils vous donnent toutes sortes d'informations. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. ..Juste une petite suggestion...le placard de la chambre...très petit...vous ne pouvez suspendre les vêtements que dans une seule partie...il mesurera moins de 45 cm. Juste quelques manteaux et une veste... et rien d'autre

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.
