IInvitéI recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me.
I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink.
They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure.

IInvitéThe old architecture and the feel of the hotel are so vintage and retro. The bed, the cupboard and the cabinets could probably use some work as they were of brass in the room I was in, but it was still a great property.

LLihiwiTrès bon hôtel, je me suis senti bien accueilli à mon arrivée. J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une chambre triple (au départ, j'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples). Lorsque nous avons utilisé le service de chambre pour leur dire que nous avions froid, ils nous ont rapidement fourni un chauffage supplémentaire. Le matin, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner (inclus dans nos tarifs), le petit déjeuner était bon avec une jolie vue, mon ami et moi avons apprécié !!

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
