Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était bon. Espace commun moderne et confortable. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking gratuit. L'emplacement est bon, à distance de marche de la plupart des attractions. Boisson de bienvenue pour les membres IHG.

Situé dans une belle zone de Belfast, à environ 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare Grand Central.  Le personnel est très utile pour proposer et organiser des lieux de visite dans la région.  La chambre est moderne et bien entretenue et le petit déjeuner est bon. 10/10

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux, qui a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je suis arrivé assez tard et j'ai dû m'enregistrer et récupérer les clés moi-même, mais la procédure m'a été clairement expliquée à l'avance et s'est avérée incroyablement simple et pratique. Ma chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les deux miroirs, chacun avec son propre éclairage : un vrai plus ! L'emplacement était également idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel était absolument adorable et a contribué à cette expérience positive. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

L'hôtel Ibis de Belfast, comme tous les Ibis est un hôtel de passage. Très peu d’interactions avec le personnel. Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables. La salle de bain est petite mais pour cet hôtel elle était plutôt bien optimisée. La nourriture est très basique. Nous n'avons pas testé les petits déjeuners. L'hôtel Ibis est bien positionné pour les visites néanmoins comme il n'a pas de parking il faut prévoir un coût supplémentaire si vous êtes en voiture. L'essentiel c'est qu'on y a bien dormi.

L'appartement était très bon, très propre et dans une bonne position. Le seul problème était que je ne l'avais pas réalisé jusqu'à ce que je l'ai eu, c'était que j'avais dû déposer un dépôt. Je pense que cela aurait dû être une partie des détails quand j'ai réservé. Ils ont été informés que ce serait seulement un montant en attente mais ils m'ont facturé.
