Bonne location et belle vue. À côté de la Cam River et facile à pied au centre-ville de Cambridge. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques autour de nous. Très agréable

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

Lovely hotel near Cambridge. Slightly outisde the town centre that needs 10mins drive. But for the very affordable room rate, it is a relatively good hotel to stay with ample parking in and around the hotel.

Voyage n'aurait pas été une mauvaise mémoire sauf pour les TRIP qui l'ont fait un terrible pour moi , je suis certain que c'est ma dernière opération avec eux. Voici mon ordre avec Travelodge et TRIP.com, à l'arrivée de l'hôtel, j'ai découvert que l'hôtel n'a pas de climatisation et il était terriblement chaud à Londres, j'ai immédiatement notifié à l'hôtel ma intention de vérifier à qui ils ont accepté et sont disposés à me donner un remboursement , malheureusement le service client TRIP a continué à marcher avec la situation inorder pour qu'ils me fassent finir mon séjour à l'hôtel même avec le fait que je me plaignais qu'il n'était pas confortable, Pour être honnête, l'hôtel a fait de leur mieux pour me faire rembourser mais le voyage a tout perdu, il n'y avait pratiquement rien qu'ils n'aient pas fait pour s'assurer que je n'ai pas vérifié même quand quelqu'un de l'hôtel leur a parlé de leur volonté de me donner un remboursement ce est L' hôtel Ass. Manager ( Mme Gosia) . J'ai eu une très terrible expérience de voyage et c'est certainement ma dernière expérience. 😞

Le petit déjeuner est généralement normal, il n'y a rien de spécial. La chambre est trop petite pour être si petite à ce prix, c'est rare. Il y a un fauteuil dans la chambre, et je dois trouver un autre fauteuil pour trouver le serveur. Sur la photo postée sur la porte, nous vivons la plus petite chambre de l'hôtel. Vraiment malheureux.

The room was very tidy and nice. They had all the amenities, including soap, body wash, shampoo, tea, and instant coffee. They even had coffee pots. Towels were changed everyday too. There is no hair dryer, but they gave me enough towel to dry my long hair thoroughly though. The room I stayed was an attic room, with slanted ceiling, but I loved it because I could see the sky. There were blinders too, so the sun in the morning was not a worry for me. The room looks very much like a dorm, so there was a table that I can work on, with closet that I can hang my suits on too. It wasn't the cleanest, it had some spider webs in the corner of the room, but they were really in the corner and I was staying only to sleep, so it didn't bother me as much. I would definitely recommend the place for business travelers looking for a cheap accommodation in the middle of Cambridge University.

Cet hôtel était très pratique après une journée à Cambridge. Les chambres étaient très confortables, spacieuses et propres. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Le parking était facile d'accès et à un prix raisonnable.

Single bed was small and not particularly comfortable, double bed was better, however there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly. We were only given two towels although the room was booked for three. Otherwise, the room was clean enough and the service was very helpful. Free parking which wasn’t clear when booking.
