L'hôtel est très confortable, mais le seul élément défavorable pour nous est que, bien qu'ils acceptent des chiens (pour lesquels ils chargent beaucoup) il n'y a pas d'autre endroit à manger que le lobby, qui est assez grand et exposé, si vous avez le chien avec vous. Parmi les politiques du chien, on ne devrait pas les laisser seuls dans la chambre (comme je le conviens), mais on a dû sortir de l'hôtel pour manger dans un pub local qui était plus ami du chien. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay. The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

Excellent emplacement, des installations agréables pour une juste valeur. Le seul problème est de ne pas avoir un ascenseur, pour qui arrive avec des sacs lourds est un problème et le bruit de portes battant tout le temps, infernal!

A beautiful hotel in an old building in the heart of the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty pf choice. The only issue was the heating in the bathroom which wasn’t working and despite requests to the front desk wasn’t fixed

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Reading-South M4, Jct.11 for one night and had a very positive experience overall. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling via the M4, and the hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything from check-in to the room comfort met my expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’d rate my experience a 9/10 — the only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 would be the inclusion of free parking. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would happily consider returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent.

Le personnel est amical et poli. Bien qu'il soit un peu de voyage de Newbury et plus près de Thatcham, la situation n'est pas trop mauvaise. Il y a même des liaisons de transport public, avec un bus arrêt à l'extérieur sur la ligne qui relie Newbury à Reading. Je n'ai pas encore essayé la nourriture, car elle me semblait un peu coûteuse. Cependant, il y a un pub près qui sert de excellente nourriture. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais les fans sont fournis.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Le personnel de l'hôtel est gentil et aidera rapidement à résoudre les questions. La décoration de l'hôtel et la vieillesse de la maison privée devraient être mieux rénovés. L'apparence globale de l'hôtel et les chambres sont propres; l'environnement proche est calme. Conduire au centre de la chaussure est environ 12-15 minutes, adapté aux voyageurs à la conduite. Les prix de la maison comprennent les voitures de décharge, mais les frais de décharge sont supplémentaires.

La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons pu entendre des pas de haut, et le mur était un peu endommagé, probablement en raison de la rénovation, mais il ne nous a pas dérangé. Dans l'ensemble, tout était bon, et nous pourrions revenir une fois entièrement rénové. Merci!
