Hôtels près de Parc Roundhay, Leeds

We enjoyed our stay,a little disappointed that check in was delayed till 4.15pm as the laundry had not been delivered.We were offered a complimentary drink however I would have appreciated a message to forewarn us of the delay. Any way things happen. Our room on this occasion was larger than the corner room we had a few nights earlier and the temperature was good (the air conditioning was faulty previously so the room was very cold )Breakfast was good with plenty of different options . After check-out we were able to store our luggage for a few hours before we departed for the airport. Staff are polite and respectful and I would be happy to recommend this hotel and to stay there again in the future.

Nous sommes arrivés par train, il était donc essentiel que c'était littéralement quelques minutes à pied de la gare et c'était au centre-ville qui était idéal pour nous. Le restaurant Gino D'Acampa était de bonne qualité à un prix raisonnable. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Le personnel est au moins en contact avec le personnel, mais où nous avons interagi, ils étaient agréables, polis et utiles.

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay here.

It is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.

L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu. Son emplacement est idéal, tout près du centre-ville.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

C'est un très bel hôtel que je visite souvent avec mon partenaire. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres ont tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et le service est parfait avec des magasins à côté

Good staff and food; however, the hotel is now looking quite shabby in places - worn carpet and stained bathroom fittings. Note, soft beds and no USB Ports.

Super , très content de mon séjour . Personnel agréable . Piscine , jacuzzi , literie confortable . Très propre , 10 minutes de taxi de l’aéroport . Je suis content

The facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.
