IInvitéJ'y suis déjà allé. Points positifs : emplacement idéal par rapport à la gare centrale et aux commerces. Piscine agréable et relaxante avec jacuzzi et hammam. Chambres correctes mais propres, avec café, thé et fer à repasser. Personnel globalement sympathique et serviable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Points négatifs : le dîner est limité, cher et le rapport qualité-prix est médiocre. Pour couronner le tout, j'ai pris un dessert et il y avait une demi-fraise 🍓 dessus pour la décoration. J'en ai gardé une dernière bouchée pour finir et le goût était horrible. Il y avait un goût d'oignon 🤧 ; je suppose qu'ils ont utilisé le même couteau pour couper les oignons et les fraises, et ce n'était pas du tout agréable – juste dégoûtant et peu professionnel. À part cela, tout était bon et j'y retournerais volontiers, mais il est peu probable que j'y retourne.

IInvitéLate check in, last minute booking, tge receptionist is the nicest lady ever! I felt very welcome and the hotel is beautiful, acoomodationg and the beds are so comfy! The room looked brand new!! I would gladly stay afain and its only a short taxi ride to tge airport.
I had a great sleep too :) see you again soon

Hotels is old so very creaky and I was woken with lots of gurgling in my bathroom from what I can only presume was someone else using their bathroom at 3am . Overall Good

IInvitéEverything about our stay was perfect from the room to our food we had staff were friendly and social able even when we go to bed there is no noise in corridor l think we have stayed about 5 times and each time perfect.

IInvitéThe room 515 was absolutely lovely inside to stay over but the taps were extremely hot in the sink and the plugs weren’t working properly as the sink kept jamming in and couldn’t hardly push it to release the water, that also includes the bath so it will need maintenance work so the water runs smoothly and plus you need to replace the bath plug as walked in to a damaged one, great facility’s but the room needs to be a little bit bigger and was expecting a room to not be in a corner.

The experience could have been better if the room facilities were maintained and cleaned to a higher standard.

IInvitéI booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena.
Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou.
We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean.
I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional.
After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley.
It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Cheers!

HHenyoushanyoutaoAyant réservé le mauvais vol et étant arrivé un jour plus tôt, j'ai réservé cette auberge de jeunesse à l'aéroport, car c'était le seul endroit proposant une chambre triple à proximité. Le trajet en taxi a été court et le personnel très accueillant. La chambre était très bon marché, à peine plus de 300 pesos. La salle de bain et la douche étaient partagées et, je ne sais pas si je me suis trompé dans les réglages, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. La chambre était un peu petite, mais la literie était très propre. Il fait un peu frais à Newcastle à cette période de l'année, mais la chambre était bien chaude tard le soir. Il y a un supermarché près de l'auberge.
