Hôtels près de Centre commercial Oakland Mall, Guatemala

While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

Allan, l'hôte de ces appartements servis était super joli et communiqué avant mon arrivée. L'appartement a été propre, rénové correctement, et a tout ce que vous aurez besoin de préparer votre propre nourriture dans la cuisine.

J'ai passé un séjour formidable à l'hôtel Hilton Guatemala City ! Je trouve que cet hôtel a mauvaise presse, et même s'il est un peu ancien, il dégage un charme historique et rustique qui s'accorde parfaitement avec le style colonial du bâtiment. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, avec des lits très confortables et une salle de bain très agréable. Le personnel de la réception était vraiment sympathique et parle anglais, ce qui est un atout précieux si vous ne maîtrisez pas bien l'espagnol. Quant à l'emplacement de l'hôtel, il est vrai qu'il est un peu excentré par rapport au centre-ville, mais cela reste tout à fait correct. Il est facile de commander un Uber depuis l'hôtel et les agences de tourisme proposent également un service de prise en charge.

With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

Tout va bien, sauf que les chambres n'avaient pas d'air conditionné, donc toute la nuit passe par des trucs épouvantables.

Мне кажется, что это лучший отель в столице. Отличное отношение персонала. Завтраки до 11, чекаут до 13. Лучшие завтраки в моей жизни. Здесь даже станция была с кокосами на льду. Выбор огромный, даже бутерброды с форелью и свежевыжатые соки из чего пожелаете. Тёплый бассейн, большой тренажёрный зал. Бесплатная подземная парковка, несколько ресторанов на территории. Единственный недостаток в том, что в выходные в ресторанах отеля отмечают свадьбы, а гости расходятся ночью и шумят в коридорах – под дверью щель и все разговоры ночью вас будят. Будете в Гватемале, советую останавливаться только здесь - не пожалеете.

Overall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had. Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones

Centrally located. Serve good breakfast. The building may be slightly old, but the bedding is very clean. The kitchen facility is a good feature. I can cook some food for myself when tiring eating out every meal. The only drawback is that it does not have free shuttle to and from airport during the weekend.

The room was VERY small but it had what I needed. I only stayed overnight, got in late and left early in the morning. It was a little difficult to check in since its not like a regular hotel, so I had to call and get soneone to let me in since I arrived later in the evening. I also had to wait for someone to arrive in the a.m. so I could check out. The bed was comfy, it wasnt too noisy and I slept well. It was also close to the airport and the bus to my next location. It was a decent stay for 1 night. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Very helpful!
