Bon accueil et personnel sympa et serviable

Nous avons une grande 5nites séjours dans 2 appartements de chambre, il était un séjour agréable, le récepteur Olivier est utile, la chambre est ample, tout bien, prêt à revenir si je voyage à Zagreb. Supporté par une bonne location dans la zone principale, pas de déception. Recommandé pour la famille aussi. Terimaksih (Merci)

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

L'hôtel Esplanade est idéalement situé, un point de départ parfait pour explorer les environs à pied. Les lits étaient vraiment confortables et m'ont permis de passer une nuit reposante. Cependant, le reste de l'intérieur accuse son âge. Le mobilier et les accessoires sont visiblement usés et mériteraient d'être remplacés. Cela ne gâche pas le séjour, mais c'est perceptible et cela ternit légèrement l'expérience globale. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un choix judicieux si l'emplacement et la qualité du sommeil sont vos priorités – sachez simplement que la chambre a connu des jours meilleurs.

Hôtel moderne, propre et agréable. La chambre était jolie et la télévision cachée était une bonne idée. J'ai été très déçu(e) que l'heure du chocolat quotidienne ne soit pas proposée. De plus, le plafond en béton de la chambre était étrange.

Dans un bon hôtel, propre, avancé, avec une vue panoramique sur Zagreb, un bon service, une grande chambre et un vestiaire, il y a deux grands parkings extérieurs en bas pendant 24 heures pour seulement 8 euros, 0,7 euros de l'heure (le parking. le lot mis à disposition par l'hôtel est à 16 euros par jour😝)

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

Sans doute l'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai séjourné. Chambres propres et modernes, climatisation allumée et emplacement vraiment pratique. Mais le meilleur atout, c'était le service client. Dani a fait tout son possible pour assurer un séjour confortable ; il aurait bien besoin d'une augmentation. Je reviendrais sans hésiter ici à mon retour à Zagreb.
