« La chambre était compacte, avec une grande fenêtre laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une plus petite qui pouvait être ouverte pour aérer ; le sol était très propre, mais la literie n’était pas très hygiénique, même si le personnel la changeait consciencieusement ; l’emplacement était excentré, avec de nombreux passages étroits pour y accéder. »

« Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere was also pleasant and welcoming.
The food was quite average and could still be improved, especially in terms of variety and taste. However, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were very friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciated their hospitality and the way they treated guests.
Overall, despite the food being just average, I was very satisfied with the service and the comfort of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. »

« Harris est parfaitement situé.. Annexé .. À un grand centre commercial et ce qui fait pour un week-end étonnant . Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec beaucoup d'options.. Le bar de boissons de santé était l'un de mes préférés. Le personnel de l'hôtel était ami, utile et toujours prêt à donner des conseils pour améliorer notre séjour. Une paire d'heures au spa est certainement une nécessité. Globalement, Harris nous a permis d'avoir un séjour merveilleux à Jakarta. »

« The hotel is above a home furnishings mall. The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is fairly good. However, the major downside is that the room has an internal window, which basically means there is no real window at all. This was not mentioned during my booking or at check-in. »

IInvitéThe room was really clean and all the furniture looked good and new and in room facilities worked really well. The service was really good, we booked 2 rooms with different type, requested to be placed side by side, and they were able to fulfill our request. The main attraction was their mini water park and pool, they have 2 kids pool and one big pool with only 140cm in depth, very safe for our teenager kids to play. The pool was clean and well maintain, with small slides and one big slides supervised by 2 lifeguard stationed at the top and bottom of the water slide. I'm really impressed with the safety measures. Breakfast was good, wide variation, and it taste good as well. But I think the price for additional breakfast/pax was quite expensive. Nevertheless, the stay was very enjoyable and will definitely go there for a short vacation again.

IInvitéThe hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the noise from motorcycles and traffic on the main road continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing or assign quieter rooms to guests who prefer a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, the location is great, but the noise significantly affected my experience.

CChristy RajanA simple budget hotel with many technical flaws in the infrastructure. However, that is all made up for by the team, across every strata of the operations ground force.
2 staff I want to highlight for their professionalism, for going the extra mile and for taking constructive criticism are Mr Nico from the front desk and Mr Aditya from the F&B. An asset to the organisation.

Mmrs.HuiMy husband and I had a less than pleasant stay here, because we found that the electricity suddenly went out in the apartment unit. At that time, my husband was taking a shower, and suddenly the electricity went out. We couldn't contact the owner to ask what was going on, so we were confused and knocked on the next room. Luckily, our next door neighbor advised us to report to the security downstairs, and after I reported it, an officer came about 20 minutes later and handled the problem which turned out to be the electricity there wasn't enough power. We hadn't turned on anything other than the AC, the TV, and waterheater for shower. This is truly our first time staying in an apartment with inadequate electrical capacity, which can lead to sudden power outages. Hopefully, the owner can fix the voltage Hopefully the owner can immediately repair the electricity in his apartment unit so that a similar incident does not happen again in the future and is experienced by other consumers.

NnitsreAfter booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled.
The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo.
The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

UUtilisateur anonymeI stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
