I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

It was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel. Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided. The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

The room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving. The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly. Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water. The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me. The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room. Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

L'hôtel Puteri Gunung, nommé après la divinité locale ”Diess Gunung Putri”, est situé dans un environnement très paisible entre la ville de Bandung et la zone de Lembang, à 18 km de l'aéroport de Husein Sastranegara, la ville de Bandung et à 17 km de la gare de Bandung. Les installations telles que Baignoire, Sèche-cheveux, Mini réfrigérateur, TV, Chauffage électrique et équipements tels que Piscine, Restaurant pour petit déjeuner, climatisation naturelle, accès à Internet, service de chambre sont à la hauteur des normes et bien entretenues Forêt immense zone, poissons, arbres, jardin, système d'évacuation. Le petit déjeuner est fait avec soin par les chefs les plus hauts et très délicieux, il doit lui donner un essai entre 7 h et 10 h. Check-in et check-out sans garantie ... Les week-ends sont occupés à la plupart des hôtels à Lembang. Si vous êtes un fan de l'amour de la Mère Nature alors, bonne option pour le week-end à être considéré. Très recommandé pour les couples et la famille .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

L'hôtel était bon. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais le lieu est déjà froid. La chambre près de la piscine est grande. Le coucher de l'hôtel est que, parce que la salle de bains est douce, ils doivent écraser le sol de la salle de bains.

Saung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

Grande chambre, propre, avec ce prix la chambre est correcte, l'ancien hôtel est spacieux

Lokasi strategis gak jauh dari pusat Lembang dan wisata laiinnya. Proses checkin dan checkout cepat, kamar luas, ada ranjang tambahan. Suasana dingin tapi ada AC juga. Sarapan oke.
