Excellent location, courteous staffs and nice local food for hotel breakfast. Turmeric drink is very nice. Long bathtub is old and not practical for seniors as being Asian our legs are shorter and having to go in to the high bathtub can be a challenge. Malaysia 🇲🇾 uses 3 pin plug unfortunately the one in the room is spoilt. Had dinner at Lao Pan Niang Coffeeshop just walking distance. Very reasonable price food including the sweet &!sour fish 🐠 we ordered.

Le point est déduit pour le lit: les lins ont été faits frais mais ont des peintures visibles, et le mattress en dessous a été clairement soigné – C'est là où l'hôtel a d'urgence besoin d'améliorer ses normes de qualité. Avec un lit sans lit et une madrague rénovée ou complètement nettoyée, cette propriété serait facilement un choix de 5‑star dans sa catégorie pour moi.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.

+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc + Room is big. + The breakfast is amazing. I like it - The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this. Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Chambre très correcte. Clim efficace. Peu ou pas de bruit de la rue. Mosquée aux env irons. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas de place assises à l intérieur au moment choisi car beaucoup d étudiants de stagiaires sont présents à cette heure ci. Passer avant ou après l heure de pointe.

Le troisième jour, tout va bien, mais c'est un peu irritant quand il y a un gros camion, la route dans la chambre va aussi être tremble, sauf que tout n'est pas un problème.

La position est un peu éloignée. Les installations de la chambre sont très vieilles. Les pantoufles sont passés. Vous pouvez laisser la réception vous aider à changer. Le service est également bon. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Un buffet simple peut être choisi. L'hébergement est soumis à un crédit. L'introduction n'a pas été écrite.
