DDawnB0888The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

IInvitéChecking in was decent, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready and to be fair it was new year's eve on Dec 31st so can't complain. The room is modern and upscale with a touch of traditional Indonesian heritage design. What I love most is the bed and bathroom..especially the rain shower plus the water pressure is perfect. We also received complementary cocholate as well to celebrate new year. Lastly breakfast menu was good, they served western and Indo menus, pastries and desserts. Overall was excellent.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

IInvitéOverall a good hotel, within the central district area. We only stayed one night, so no in-depth review. Staff is friendly and helpful. Negatives: 1) we arrived at 1530 and our room was not ready yet. 2) 2 small bottles of water is not enough. Extra water needed to be paid for.

IInvitéJ'ai eu une réunion de famille indonésienne ici - au final, je suis arrivé un jour plus tôt car mon appartement à Jakarta avait des problèmes d'électricité - j'ai donc passé trois nuits avec 3 chambres supplémentaires le vendredi puis 4 chambres le samedi, dont un appartement de 4 chambres. C'est vraiment sympa, nous étions principalement au 36e étage - Ricki et les autres réceptionnistes étaient tout simplement géniaux - le point principal TOUS mes amis indonésiens ont adoré - tout le matériel de cuisine fonctionnait bien pendant que je cuisinais, c'était une fête d'anniversaire tranquille pour 20 personnes - dans l'ensemble très satisfait - nous reviendrons.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaLa chaîne Swiss Bell Hotel est très coûteuse par rapport aux autres 4 hôtels étoiles. Pas de valeur pour de l'argent. Il y a plus de 4 hôtels étoiles beaucoup mieux que cela à un prix inférieur dans cette zone. J'ai connu cela. La première chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée est détestable. Ils m'ont donné une autre chambre avec les mêmes amenities. Réservé comme une chambre double. Mais les amenities étaient pour une seule personne.
La location est très bonne. Près du centre de pondok indah. Personnel aussi très bon et ami. Mais la gestion agréable essaie de gagner de l'argent, donnant un hôtel de classe inférieure aux clients. Alors le problème est la gestion. Pas le personnel. Il n'y a pas de lobby de places, mais le restaurant a aussi des aliments et des boissons à prix élevés.
Vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup mieux à un prix inférieur à ce que c'est ma conclusion finale.
