ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Cozy place with great service & lovely food. Great stay at Amritara Sadka!! Everyone from the front desk staff to restaurant staff & attendants have impeccable service standards and ready smiles. Special mention to the restaurant staff, led by Capt. Gulzar. Food was always tasty & piping fresh. Cleanliness and location of the hotel makes it ideal for a short family holiday. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Amritsar.

Notre séjour à SureStay Heritage Walk Amritsar était vraiment mémorable. L'hôtel dispose d'une excellente localisation juste pas de Harmandir Sahib, ce qui le rend incroyablement confortable pour plusieurs visites, surtout pour le début du matin ou le soir de Darshan. Situé au cœur de la zone de marche du patrimoine, vous êtes aussi entouré de rues vibrantes et ce qui ne peut être décrit que comme un vrai paradis alimentaire. Les chambres étaient impressionnantment spacieuses, propres et très confortables une agréable surprise vu la position privilégiée de la vieille ville. Une mention spéciale à Sarjan, Sohail et Gurmeet l'équipe de concierge pour leur hospitalité chaleureuse et leur service attentif. Le restaurant de SureStay était excellent. Kudos au chef et aux gestionnaires de restaurants qui ont assuré que les repas étaient préparés et servis directement du four. Chaque repas était saturé et satisfaisant, reflétant une véritable prise en charge dans la préparation et le service. SureStay Heritage Walk offre en général le confort, la convenance et l'hospitalité Punjabi un excellent choix pour toute personne qui visite Amritsar.

New, modern property close by the airport, stayed here to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding and escape the hectic ”chowks” of amritsar. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Le service est étonnant par Priya , Dielsaab, Aniel et Rajendra. Ils sont très amis et nous voulons revenir en raison de eux.

Ours was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good
