The location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room. The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK. The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy. Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that. All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

We had a great experience staying in the property. The rooms were clean, food was great a bit expensive but very delicious, service was good, location was great. Overall a 10 on 10 experience

I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. 1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description. 2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it. 3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out. 4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while. 5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day. 6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager. 7. Luckily, the changed. 8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done. 9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted. 10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

Bien que plus cher que les hôtels environnants, la chambre était très propre et spacieuse, et la vue était imprenable. Le personnel était accueillant et digne de confiance. La sécurité ne semblait poser aucun problème. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir prendre mon petit-déjeuner avec vue sur le Gange. Le service de nettoyage à sec est disponible. J'ai passé commande le matin et mes vêtements étaient prêts le lendemain matin. L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver ; il est donc conseillé d'utiliser Google Maps (un hôtel au nom similaire se trouve à proximité, et si vous vous aventurez dans les ruelles, on vous indiquera le chemin).

（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Alka. Le point fort a été l'excellent service. Le personnel s'est montré extrêmement attentionné dès notre arrivée. L'hôtel étant inaccessible en voiture, un membre du personnel nous a accueillis personnellement, nous a accompagnés jusqu'à l'établissement, puis nous a de nouveau aidés à notre départ en nous indiquant le point de rencontre le plus proche pour prendre un taxi en toute sécurité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette attention. Nous avons également eu l'agréable surprise de bénéficier d'un surclassement gratuit, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. La présence d'un ascenseur était un atout supplémentaire, surtout après une longue journée de découverte de Varanasi. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les ghats et s'imprégner de l'atmosphère de la ville ! Le principal point à améliorer concerne la propreté. Nos draps et serviettes n'étaient pas aussi frais que prévu. Un meilleur service d'entretien ménager contribuerait grandement à l'expérience globale des clients. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes reconnaissants de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme du personnel, qui a rendu notre séjour agréable malgré ce problème de propreté ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

Location is amazing, around 50 m walk to 80 ghat , u can enjoy ganga aarti in evening, nice staff, beautiful ambience. Prices are not high, else it was a good experience staying there.
