IInvitéLe service de JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh était exceptionnel. Il n'y avait absolument aucun problème qui n'avait pas été traité en temps utile et avec des résultats satisfaisants, en particulier en me regroupant dans une catégorie plus élevée et en répondant à mes besoins. La qualité du service et l'attitude globalement positive à l'égard de mon séjour me satisfont de revenir et de rester à l'Hôtel JW Marriott Chandigarh chaque fois que je suis à Chandigarh.
Je propose généralement des suggestions pour des améliorations, mais il n'y a absolument rien qui pourrait être amélioré – vous avez fixé la barre très haut ».

SSSJHFor a solo traveler, Taj Chandigarh is a very good choice. It gives a safe, comfortable, upscale base with excellent service and amenities. If I were traveling alone again, I’d enjoy staying here — maybe choose a smaller room (to reduce cost) but make sure it’s recently updated. Also, check what facilities are open that day (pool, spa) so I can plan my downtime well.

IInvitéEasily approachable location. smiling staff at the front desk. check in facility smooth. good clean room, white linen, clean bathrooms. quick room service. very well organized restaurant. breakfast full 😋 10 /10 marks. we were to check out late but the staff was very cooperative. one suggestion: guests may be offered a welcome drink. the stay was very comfortable 😌 👌

IInvitéExcellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

IInvitéThe standard room they offer is outstanding, large with separate lounge keep the bedroom area private. Amenities are nice despite there was slight trouble with the WiFi at the room (but they fixed it as soon as they’re informed). The staff member quite helpful.

IInvitéI recently stayed at Mount View with my family and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed — from fresh towels to a comfy bed.
What stood out was the view from the balcony, the room service and housekeeping was really quick.
Location-wise, it was super convenient — close to Sector 17.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chandigarh and looking for a stay full of leisure and I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought.
