The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Room was big, bed was also very comfort and nice. One thing i should mention, Breakfast meal was not so good, need to improve. If I come to Coimbatore, I will stay here again for sure.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses, le lit était extrêmement confortable, et j'ai dormi très bien tout au long de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner et le buffet sont délicieux. Le service était excellent, et grâce à Bala, Surya et Valli pour leur chaleur et leur véritable soins, ils ont vraiment fait de mon séjour mémorable.

The amenities are top-notch—whether it's a well-stocked minibar, a spacious bathroom with luxurious toiletries, or a balcony overlooking a breathtaking view.

I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.
