L'hôtel était propre et beau. L'équipe était amicale et utile. Mlle Kusum était très gentille et professionnelle et même change la chambre en fonction de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était avec une bonne diffusion comme d'habitude pour les normes JW. Seul le retour, trop d'invités. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

Le personnel est très aimable et arrangeant. Je suis arrivée tard, mais ils sont restés très accueillants et serviables, nous accordant même un départ tardif. Un geste vraiment appréciable ! Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est excellent : la nourriture est délicieuse et le thé… un vrai régal !

Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

*Review: One-Night Stay at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata* I recently stayed for one night at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata and would rate my overall experience as a 6 out of 10. Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

It was a pleasant and beautiful experience with you, the staff was awesome and cooperative. The service of food and house-keeping was marvelous. It's a memorable stay with you and i hope i will enjoy the same in future

Nous avons réservé une nuit ici à l'hôtel Holiday Inn Kolkata. J'ai également séjourné à Holiday Inn chennai. Cependant, les normes de nettoyage et d'équipements ainsi que la chambre, les équipements de la salle de bain et le sol étaient faibles et certaines zones se sentaient aussi sans santé. Le sol de la chambre n'avait pas de nettoyage. Ils ont aussi une table de lit entourée sur notre lit, que je leur ai demandé de retirer et ils l'ont très rapidement et très attentivement changé. Les murs étaient dépourvus de lustre et nous avons payé environ 62 euros. Peut-être devront-ils vérifier les normes d'autres hôtels de vacances comme à Chennai. La nourriture que nous avons commandée était jolie. 10/10 sur cela. Mais en quelque sorte, la marque que Holiday Inn est et que nous avons connue à Kolkata était une énorme incompatibilité. J'espère qu'ils regardent tout cela.

Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
