La salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée à l'arrivée et il y avait des marques de splatters sur le mur au-dessus de la zone de thé/café.
Une douche fabuleuse.
Le restaurant a été très bien accueilli par les salles de la maison de la maison.
Nous avons fait le « hike » de la matinée qui mérite de nous monter.
Nous avons apporté une bouteille d'eau chaude à notre deuxième nuit qui était une belle surprise.
Les biscuits de thé et de thé servis entre 5 & 5.30pm qui était un joli touche bien que plus de gâteau au petit-déjeuner aurait été bon.
Il est très bon de rester ici, car les chambres sont excellentes.

Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.

We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000).
What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected.

No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room.
You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy.
Apart from that nice chill place .!!

And most importantly the location is absolutely great. Just beside the botanical garden i had some amazing experiences. The only con is the room size is too small and i mean it. It's so small if you keep your luggage on the floor you won't be able to walk properly. This can be a major issue to a lot of people

IInvitéThe property is located in a very nice place close to all tourist attaractions. The palace turned into a hotel is a must visit. The rooms take you back the kings era, giving you the nostalgic feel. The rooms are well furnished with antique furniture, paintungs and carpets. The hotel is owned by the wadayar group. The thing which i noticed that stands out is that they have not appointed professionally trained staff. But the staff all are very courteous and helpful. They have been retained for over 3 decades each which shows how good the employers are. Over all the property is a must visit to get the royal feel. Great job done by the staff.
